some unavoidable diseases like diabetes,high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and so many like these.
When we are young we are less prone to diseases like these but with aging we become less active,our food preferences change and we gradually become v8ctim to all these diseases.
So it's important that with advancing age we make some changes in our lives so that we may less encounter such metabolic diseases.
