Inspired by hahahaha2345's NBC version. I've never really done a clip dedicated to one villain, i'm more of the mixture of characters type but couldn't resist putting Hades to this song. This is my 60th video! Hooray!

Why is it Hades is always the bad guy in take-offs of the Greek Myths? He was never evil, he was just kinda somber and cold. Besides, Zeus was the one always screwing mortal women.

If any Disney villain deserves a film it’s Hades, but hopefully as a good guy like in the myths, but still charismatic like in the animated movie. I would recommend adapting the story of Hades and Persephone.

I'd say this song is officially Hades' theme! Perfect for one of the best Disney villains of all time!
Oh, and idk if any of you heard of this, but last year, a kids' author known as Vera Strange started a pretty cool book series called 'Disney Chills.' The series can best be described as Disney's answer to 'Goosebumps,' with each book involving a modern- day kid or teen having a frightening run- in with a Disney villain which, from what I understand, does NOT end happily.
Past books in the series have used Ursula, Dr. Facilier, and Captain Hook, but this year, they'll FINALLY make one involving Hades! I can't wait to check it out!

In the actual Greek myths Hades is depicted as a cold-hearted, even sometimes greedy god (not sure if he was that way naturally or if it was a result of his situation), but the only truly villainous thing I ever recall him ever doing was kidnapping Persephone, and it has been suggested that eventually Persephone grew to love him so everything worked out

@Norskmorder According to the ancient Greeks, Hades was the most moral of the gods- no affairs, not violent without reason, not randomly challenging or punishing mortals, ruling the underworld fairly, etc. Kidnapping Persephone to be his wife could really be considered the one jerk move of his.

When Hades gets angry and goes red, a possible scientific explanation for you realists would be that he's exploding, thus, blowing off huge amounts of heat in rage. Since normally his fire is nice and contained on his head, until he gets overly emotional in some form or other.

Okay, funny bit of Greek Myth trivia incoming: So, it's well-known by now that the "Fates" in Hercules are visually based on the Graeae, right? Well one of the Graeae in the original myths was named "Enyo". You know what Enyo means? It means _"Horror"._

Being a fan of Greek Mythology that I am, I remember it being quite a different tale. Hades enjoys ruling the underworld, he was anti-social.
