There are definitely many breaking bad parallels in this movie. But surprisingly twins are not one of them. They have looked like this since long before breaking bad premiered.

Saw this film at the cinemas then on Netflix, but the second viewing on Netflix did not even remotely compare to the experience at the theatres if I’m being honest!
Exactly!! We were laughing throughout the movie in the theatre. But when I watched it on Netflix. It didn't make us laugh as much.

I'm with jaby, I also think that the director is a great fan of breaking bad. He also given homages to breaking bad in his first movie. So, it is not surprising to see it in the second movie for me.

Fun fact: The metro scene you watched, the dark scenes, were actually shot in the dark with actors acting/fighting in the dark.
It's a movie to be watched with crowd. Those who watched it in theaters enjoyed it. I saw it in Netflix it was ok. But while watching here with you guys it's a good experience.
"That's a breaking bad inspiration right there" - Nope, they're the Ram/Laskman twins, popular media personalities and they both have had this look since the early 2000s long before Breaking Bad was thing. Not everything you see in Indian films or music is a reference or inspiration from American media lol.
But the twins shown in this movie are definitely used as a breaking bad reference. Jaby explained about the same dress code, same goatie, axes..100 percent inspired from BrBa. So get this

Why can't Indians accept when Jaby says it's inspired from Breaking Bad? I'm sure even the director Nelson would agree it was a homage and there's nothing wrong with it. Directors like Edgar Wright or even Tarantino reference 10s of movies they were inspired from in each of their movies.
