Yes! Its adjustable. I have mine up straight, but with a knob on the bottom, you can adjust it and it’ll lean back pretty far!

I cant get the back and the swat to align to fit the 4 bolts. How did u do it?

Ah, this was the hardest part for me too. I put the seat on the floor and pushed the back down with my body enough to get two screws In, enough to where I could do the rest. Hope you had success and love it!
