If anyone reading this who was diagnosed with bladder cancer and is worried always remember there is hope. I was diagnosed with stage 4 bladder cancer in 2015. My cancer went into remission in 2021. God bless you.
Thank you Jesus!! Im so happy for you! My dad was just diagnosed with bladder cancer 2 months ago. He had low white count to begin with and anemic, tired and weight loss. He started chemo treatments a month ago and has done three sessions so far. We found out two days ago that it has spread to his lymph nodes the doctor says it is stage 4 but it isn't the stage 4 we are thinking of,, i dont kno what that means. His blood work came back much much better than in the beginning. They are not going to take the mass out of his bladder , that was an option if he got a negative result that it spread but it did in fact spread so they are going to just do chemo and then radiation. My dad was the type of guy that wouldn't even take a Tylenol unless he had an excruciating migraine. Now he's on heavy duty pain meds. He is 71 years old but I am hoping he gets through this. I told him he hast to go walking to get exercise but he tells me he doesn't feel well to go out. He does laps around the apt. May I ask what you did to help you in regards to exercise, food intake, vitamins etc. thanks
@@jennifermarie1230 I like walking trails and parks. Especially those with benches. I try to avoid hilly areas if I can. As far as diet I aim for at least 5 cups of fruit and vegetables. Some days I eat less to get that much.
Hello, sorry to disturb you. I'm so happy to hear about your remission. That's incredible 👏 My mum just got diagnosed two days ago, we think it could be T2 but not confirmed until test results come back. Could I get some info from you on how best to help her. I was looking into cannabis oils and juicers to remove solid foods. Thank you!
@@CFX_Trades Hello, I'll pray for you and your mother. If her cancer haven't spread out of the bladder organ it should be easy to treat. For cancer I have always agreed with conventional medicine. Even though the treatment can have permanent side effects it has worked for me. The oncologist who is working your mother's case along with others on her team are very important. In my opinion I would not go the holistic route alone. I would make sure I eat healthy and get cardiovascular exercise when I could.
i am 17 and i have bladder cancer . it sucks . iam at a point of my life where i should be building up my life instead of worrying about it . it just sucks
17!! You should be thankful that it was caught early as it must have been. Like this lady on this video, they just recreated a bladder from her small intestines and now everything works normally!! How cool is that! I bet everything will work out great for you!
I’m 40 and find out next week. I’m the same age my mom was when she was diagnosed with the exact same symptoms. I’ve never been so scared in my life. My hope is it’s something else, it can be treated, and I can get back to living life. If not, I have cancer, I will get treated, and after I will get back to living life. Either way there’s a light at the end of the tunnel, I have support, a great health team, and on bed rest until I have a diagnosis, but I’m going to heal I know it. 🙏🏾
i wish they would tell their stories instead of these commercials! yes everyone who has/had cancer knows cancer treatment centers are the best but those of us just getting started want to hear what they went through.
I'm about to turn 70 and have bladder cancer too. Mine is a 'low grade non invasive' kind but my doctor says he considers it a little higher level because my red spot on the wall was kind of big. Last year I took 6 weeks of BCG Immunothearpy which is supposed to be very effective with low grade types. My first few scopes afterward showed everything was clear....even the red spot was gone. But just a couple of days ago I had another routine scope and a couple of small red spots appeared. He said he could take care of those by burning them off which he did. He said he does this routinely with one long time bladder patient. So maybe mine is one that can be managed. Perhaps in the future I can take more immunothearpy treatments but there is a shortage of the drug currently. The lady in this video must have had an advanced stage to have this operation. I'm glad it went well for her.
@@nichellehowell It's great that she got ok. I hope she will continue to be ok and have a long, happy life with her family. It must have been devastating for her and I was saddened to see her cry. She looks great and seems to be a very nice woman. I wish her all the best for the future. 👍
