I'm going to building something similar for a customer, this deck will be 20 x 54 plus another 4 x 20 like an L-shape. It will also get a 12 x 24 screened porch. Only difference is that I'll be building this by myself.. Just got that Metabo HPT cordless framing nailer too, loving it!

They are! These might bite a little bit harder but overall usually just depends what store we go to and what they have in stock. Both work great!
Where do you live that vinyl siding is on premium homes? So much of the premium market has moved on.
We're in NJ, vinyl siding is pretty much standard here!
