If Tom didn't say anything, I would have just moved on. By saying something, he's just made it worse. Now people like me, who live under a rock, are aware. Thanks Tom!
It was nation wide news and people would have looked it up anyways. I think the point was to tell people to lay off Robert Kraft on the massaging because it was most likely an off limits take.

I don't know if people would have bothered to look it up. Ross is on every roast, and most people just tune him out. Guy is filler only brought in because he's a legacy roaster. But the reaction definitely brings eyes. I haven't watched the roast. I only searched up the roast to see if it was good, and first thing that pops up is the joke the upset Brady.
Didn't know about Kraft's legal issues and wouldn't have cared to look it up but Tom basically amplified it.
