@@Mac_Omegaly haha Cookie Master game of the year, Switch release, physical collector edition (with real cookies 🍪)
It's looking great. Would love to play!
Thanks 5-Min, I've reworked the gameplay from the ground up, now each level is a little puzzle 😉 it takes maybe 1min max to complete one and if you 'lose' you're simply sent back to the hub! Going for a simple, cozy little game
Really respect your work
Game developers deserve atention
Looks great! so much improvement since the last time i saw this game!
Nice game I'm going to play it
Now post it in play store
👍
Not so soon 😉 I'm going to make a couple of hub worlds (with 5/6 levels each?). 30 levels sounds good as a first release!
@@Ric_93 ah yes
cookies are my favourite 🍪
also hi not been here in a while
Hello Enchanted, I've been away for a while too, back to posting again 🙌🏻

hmmm cookies!
So cool!
Thank you Proiz 🍪
nice ;D
It's YOU! 😁
So cute☺️
I just want to say thank you for all you have done!
Thanks Mace! Trying my best 🙌🏻
It's been mentioned before but the directional controls leave much to be desired. If I were you I'd remove the diagonal arrows and limit it to the standard four directions. You could segment the screen into four tiles and make it so that when the player taps on one side of the screen (imagine an X in the middle of the screen) the character moves in that direction. Limiting the stage and battery makes players consider their movements more than blindly wandering, and would make designing levels on your part the main focus, which in my opinion is where things get fun.
Love this, I hope I can master godot and aseprite
Am looking to make my own game too, but time managment is really what is holding me
Looks awesome! But from what I've heard you will most likely have problems releasing it on IOS devices ._.
Hello Nedimigo! Really ? How so?
Arrow buttons look a bit too small, but I love the overall art style.
Thanks! Yes, I'm still looking for the best size (they used to be way bigger, but then they covered too much of the "chess" area for the gameplay), they also possibly need to be spaced more to avoid hitting the wrong one (mainly the diagonal ones vs up/down). Work in progress 🙌🏻
@@Ric_93 Lol I know it’s WIP. Maybe something like 4 directional movement could do the trick?
You made this character in a stream I remember that stream
I did! It was from a pixel art stream last year 😉
@@Ric_93 yep I was there
The controls seem a bit off, maybe implement swiping instead to be more intuitive? It’s looking great other than that
Thank you for the feedback! The idea is that for each step you take you spend 1 battery point. The gameplay loop consists in solving small puzzles with a limited number of steps. I had swiping before and it wasn't that great either. A dpad makes it clearer to carefully plan your steps (hopefully!)
Ah, that makes some more sense. Anyway, love your content!
which languages did you use to create this game?
Gdscript, similar to Python
Is this game on iOS if so could you put a link to the game. It looks so awesome
Nice game and concept I suggest you to make it a Google Play Store release
it will be! It's not ready yet ;)
Niice!!
