    Today I show you guys my High Protein-inized recipe for Timbits, Donut Holes, Munchkins, or whatever you call them! This whole recipe comes in at 835 Calories, 106.1g of Carbs, 5.6g of Fat, and 93.5g of Protein! This has got to be one of my favorite recipes on this channel you guys HAVE to give these things a try!
    I always end up eating way too many Timbits when I order them! If I get a 20 box, those 20 Donut Holes go right to my stomach, I can't even lie folks. It may not be healthy but I need to satisfy these cravings somehow! So, the full recipe makes around 20 bites of goodness... we may never have to go back to donut shops AGAIN!

    Ingredients:
    All Purpose Flour (~100g)
    Casein Protein Powder (34g)
    Whey Protein Powder (36g)
    Baking Powder (5g)
    Cocoa Powder (20g)
    Salt (2g)
    No Calories Sweetener (31g) + (40g *for Glaze*)
    Vanilla Extract (1g)
    Plain Greek Yogurt (300g)

    I hurt myself playing basketball a few weeks before the start of this series. After an MRI I was finally diagnosed with a full tear in my ACL! I've grown to love physical activity, whether it be sports, weight training, walking my dog, or going for runs. This injury has been a huge setback for me and I wanted to do something productive with it instead of doing nothing! My surgery is booked for July 22nd! I want to make this injury as positive of an experience as possible. In doing so I want to try something new with my time off work... and this series is turning into something I'm really enjoying! We take things too seriously in life, it's important to enjoy the little things! I hope this channel can be one of your life's 'little things'! If I make even one person's day a little better with my videos this series is a success!
