Crawford is GROSSLY OVERRATED.
He has never taken a fight where he would be the underdog. And he has never taken a fight against anyone legitimately bigger than him (both height and reach).
He has spent 15 years beating up guys who were giving up most (if not all) of the physical advantages. And this is why he stopped at 47, instead of continuing to move up. Because he knows his advantages would be gone at the higher weights.
If he was really that guy, he would have been up at 54 and 60 years ago. He could have fought guys like lara, andrade, jermell or cotto. Eventually going up to 60 and taking fights with ggg, saunders, jermall or jacobs.
But he never wanted to take those kinds of chances. And was happy to live off the hype that the ESPN media machine put behind him. This is why EVERYONE (other than his fanboys) questions his resume.
