এত দিন নদীর পানির মত পাচার হত, এখন সাগরের মত প্রবাহিত হবে মনে হচ্ছে। আইন আগে যা ছিল তা প্রয়োগ করলেও ব্যাংক বলেন, রিজার্ভ বলেন সব ঠিক থাকতো। এখন কার আইন কে মানে!
