- New monetary policy aims to rein in inflation, stabilise exchange rates
বাজারে টাকার যোগান কমাতে আবারও সংকোচনমূলক মুদ্রানীতি ঘোষণা করেছে বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক। ‘জানুয়ারি-জুন’ সময়ের এই মুদ্রানীতিতে নীতি সুদের হার ২৫ বেসিস পয়েন্ট বাড়িয়ে ৮% করা হয়েছে। এ কারণে বাড়বে ব্যাংক ঋণের সুদও । তাই ঋণ নিতে নিরুৎসাহিত হবেন ব্যবসায়ী ও সাধারণ মানুষ। এভাবে বাজারে কমবে টাকার সরবরাহ। যা মূল্যস্ফীতি কমাতে সহায়ক হবে বলে আশা বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংকের। তবে এ নিয়ে অর্থনীতিবিদদের কিছুটা ভিন্নমত রয়েছে। এ বিষয়ে বিস্তারিত জানতে আমাদের বিশ্লেষণটি পুরো দেখার আমন্ত্রণ।

আপনাদের এই প্রোগ্রামটি খুব ভালো হয় আমার খুব ভালো লাগে।আমার একটা বিষয় জানার ছিলো। বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক ৫% প্ররোদনা দিয়েছে কিন্তু আমি গতোমাসে এবং এই মাসেও টাকা পাঠিয়ে সোনালী ব্যাংক এর মাধ্যমে তারা আমাকে সেই আগের ২.৫% প্ররোদনা দিচ্ছে।আমি জানতে চাচ্ছি বাংলাদেশর কোনো ব্যাংক কি ৫% প্ররোদনা দিচ্ছে আর দিলে কোন কোন ব্যাংক দিচ্ছে জানালে উপকৃত হবো ধন্যবাদ।
