- -Apparently this disappeared from YT some years ago and no one's reuploaded it in the years since. The last episode of the great ABC daytime game show "Split Second" hosted by Tom Kennedy which ran from 1972-1975, noted for its fast-moving game play and end of show suspense on whether or not the winning contestant successfully picked the car that would start in the bonus round.
-This last episode is notable for its ending in which Tom introduces the production people and among them is a young, unknown Markie Post who didn't start acting until the late 70s (Markie would also work behind the scenes on the Goodson-Todman show "Double Dare" and work as a substitute model on the Jim Perry "Card Sharks"). And there are two notable contestants on this last show. Judd Rose, then a UCLA student would later become a top correspondent for ABC News in the 1980s and 1990s (he died sadly of a brain tumor in 2000). Steve Robinson (1952-2016) of Lake Tahoe, NV meanwhile it turns out was the only child of famed humorist and "I've Got A Secret" panelist Henry Morgan! (web.archive.org/web/200711120...) He died in 2016. - Sport
My mom loved this show and we watched it all the time when it was on.
Stay tuned for All My Children next on ABC
If I remember, part of this set was used on the BREAK THE BANK pilot, seen in the intros.

Markie POST!!!!! Holy crap!
She also worked for CBS' Double Dare from 1976-77. True story.
Then helped Jim Perry on Card Sharks
Soon After That, Markie Post Starred on NIGHT COURT
@@aaronbruceladner1983 She was on Fall Guy before Night Court.
"The All-New Let's Make A Deal" used the car cue heard in the intro.
OMG, aired the same exact day that Tobey Maguire was born! (And to top it off I’m posting this comment on the same day of the year in 2024! Therefore happy 49th birthday to Tobey and happy 49th anniversary to this episode!👍)
25:44, Monty Hall would Return for the 1980's Revival of SPLIT SECOND
His version wasn't as successful, he prob. should've stuck with LMAD
