We Love The Eagles Landing County Club, it’s a very nice community. However This is Dated and Layout is to Choppy although the square footage is there, In My Humble Opinion. I just don’t see a million dollar valuation for this home in this area. 🤷🏽♂️ Maybe it’s Just The Market We’re in Now!! Thanks for sharing!!

I used to live in Stockbridge, not very far from here. I loved that area.
Look at you uploading content on Christmas. I mentioned on a previous video that I love brick and this beauty is no exception. I find it hard to believe this house was built in 1994, it looks so current and modern. The previous owners did an excellent job with the interior's upkeep. Great presentation as always, Raymond.

Live in McDonough. Traffic is terrible 😂
Traffic can be tough in McDonough… it really all depends on the exact location, times of travel etc. I will say traffic in McDonough is going to continue to increase the more the population increase. McDonough in my opinion is one of the most up and coming suburbs south of Atlanta.

Nice video, but definitely not worth a million dollars. The designer choice has to be for a specific buyer. The second floor doesn't make sense, alot of wasted space. The whole house is choopy, just simple . I understand location, location but definitely a hard no.

The primary suite is a let down. For that price point, the primary suite should have more space and a sitting area.
