The basement should have been finished but it does leave room for the owner's own ideas such as a bowling lane, game room -paceman, ceilings are high enough for a small skating rink and of course a bar with sitting room for wine and cheese area. If you have this type of housing already built, please video for your viewers.

I like this house, and I see that some inside areas can be easily updated. Will check your info for something with a bit more land, not so close to the neighbors.

Not very often you find houses where more than just the master bedroom has an ensuite with double sinks, a separate tub, and separate shower, but that bedroom bathroom upstairs has that, and it seems almost every bedroom has its own bathroom. That is huge. The unfinished basement is kind of a bummer though.
I’d love to get these properties a Curb Appeal Cleaning Package. It would definitely help speed up the clear to close…

For a home that's over 2 million dollars it should have been a designer type or custom built,it didn't have any hardwood,were the counter tops marble or porcelain,it was one color in every bedroom and for a home of that price the neighbors are to close it had no pool house and no privacy so for the price I wouldn't buy it even if I had the resources,you would loose on the upkeep because it's not a custom built home for the price it should be
When I hit I just hope it's still for sale and the basement is completely finished because the extra rooms would be helpful

The only to get full list. Would be to finish the basement. Let’s see home theater. With 12 speakers , two sub bass woofers, 98 inch screen. Make sure it has surround sound. A well designed bar area. With glass mirrors to show off liquor show case. Plus both a pool table and a foosball table. Toss in electric darts. Finish with a nice master style bedroom. One thing would be external video cameras located around the perimeter of the property.

Is this home still available? I’ve looked at these type of homes for awhile. By far this is my favorite one!!! The foyer floor work would be nice throughout the main floor and the upstairs cat walk and the basement foyer. Finish the basement and I’m in for sure! I would love a tour I want to see the scale!! People can easily be nosy and just walk right onto the property from the house right next door. Does that nice black car parked outside come with the house too? Thanks! Its just what I wanted.

The closets are newly built and the rods just needed to be installed. Inside the main level primary bedroom closet you can see the rods that were soon to be installed laying on the floor.

For $2.5 million the basement needs too be fully finished
Homes are priced based on market rates, which consider the quality and amenities of the home, location, neighborhood amenities, as well as other factors. That being said, in this market, a finished basement will likely drive the price up more.

Hello, is the asking price the price after those unfinished rooms in the basement are completed? If it is, then please repost another video after they’re completed. If it isn’t, then this beautiful property is overpriced. Moreover, remove all of the carpet for hardwood floors in the rooms upstairs.

Every time i watch a home tour from Atlanta, the basement is never finished💀 i wonder why that is?
You should check out our more recent tours that have finished basements
I would think that most builders would want the new owners to finish the basement. The specific way they would like it. Unfinished, yet stubed in would work for me.

Definitely beautiful home BUT
I can’t get over the bathrooms . I stay in the hood and the hood bathroom sink countertops are right near the toilet and the toilet is right near the tub . Now why on earth would I want that in a 2.4 million dollar home .
Also the walkin closets weren’t giving what they needed to be giving . For 2.4 million I need perfection .
