If jumping isn’t for you, simply stick to basic steps while still enjoying the full benefits of the workout. Using step platforms and 1kg dumbbells, this session focuses on engaging your entire body through movements that boost cardiovascular health and build strength.
    Throughout the class, you’ll use the step platform to increase your heart rate and endurance. The light dumbbells will provide gentle resistance to tone your arms, shoulders, and upper body. We also incorporate a variety of core exercises to strengthen your abdomen and improve balance, ensuring a comprehensive workout that targets all the major muscle groups.
