Hi bro...I'm now decided to construct 1st floor of my house, our house was constructed with 12 pillars.... For ground floor they have used 12mm rods for pillars, can I use 16mm rods while constructing pillars for 1st floor..... ?

Sir, For G+1 we have planned to use 9" * 9" columns with 12MM Tata Tiscon 550SD. Is this safe or will this create problem in future. We don't have any plan to extend this building further. Please respond sir, thank you.
