Column centre la bending moment zero so athanala athumari namba pannalam.
Eg. Column Center la (L/4) distance 150mm c/c spacing use pannalam , top and bottom (L/4) la 125mm c/c spacing use pannalam (this spacing are just for assumption)

Maximum percentage of steel 4% not 6% as per is456 code. Can't pour concrete properly if provide more steel.

Yeah as per is 456 the area of longitudinal reinforcement in column must not be less than 0.8% and must not exceed 6% of column gross area but however in practice, maximum reinforcement of 4% is recommended
