Over a decade ago, Timothy Draper was told a story about a lost treasure cave, full of gold and silver artifacts, including swords, shields, and historical tablets. Now, Uncharted Expedition and Gypsy Jewels have returned to the spot that Timothy left many years ago. Can this team of explorers and treasure hunters find more evidence? You’ll learn more by watching the video (episode 4) and reading this description.
Gypsy Jewels arrives at the St. George airport and meets up with Timothy Draper and Chuchie Zitting. From there, they drive up to the area and leave Gypsy at the Airbnb that was rented a few days prior. The team joins up the next morning and tries to explore the area, looking for what a hidden and lost cave in lava rock could look like. This was a great case study for the group. Within a few minutes, the team arrives at the Airbnb to prepare for the weekend's treasure hunt.
Shaun Fothering, Todd Andersen, Chuch Zitting, Gypsy Jewels, and Timothy Draper wasted no time and they set out on the path of exploring and field research. On the way to the site, the team stops to talk about the back story of this particular site and legend. Timothy explains how two different people, with two additional long-range metal detectors, pointed them to a hilltop of interest. Within minutes of exploring the area, the team comes across a rattlesnake. This dangerous and unexplored terrain does pose a challenge for the team.
After some hiking, they found the petroglyphs that Timothy discovered many years before moving to another treasure story. On the second day, Antonio Mendez joins the team and they spread out to look for more clues. Now the team is all together, it’s time to get serious and make some great discoveries. Once again the team splits up to cover more ground.
There, the team investigates and explores for more clues. Did someone find a cave full of treasure in the 1970s? This is what the Uncharted Expedition team wants to unveil. If the team was successful, this could change history as we know it! Did they make a discovery of a lifetime? You must watch Episode 4 Treasure Cave of Artifacts, Uncharted Expedition web series.

Iam raging i missed ths last night, but am glad to watched this waking up this morning. You guys are great, and it was awesome having Gypsy helping out with the hunt. Iam looking forward to episode 5. Keep up the good work ❤️🔥👍
Episode #4 is as great as expected. First thing I thought of when I saw the symbols on the large rock was the "U" shape one might be a curve in the trail as seen by a mountain top or a stream/ river that resembles that shape. It's real nice seeing Gypsy assisting with the detecting. Good luck and be safe, Navy Mark
I love these adventures! I do have a question. Why does the one guy who does the rappelling have sandals on, especially when they are rattlesnakes around? I would think for safety reasons everyone would be wearing boots.
When someone yells ROPE....expect a rope.
Truly enjoyed this episode showing the continuation of this search. Love seeing Gypsy out with you all. Looking forward to episode #5!
Thanks Jeff. We’ve tons of stories and locations like the ones we’ve shown.
Need more of a hiker to cover more ground? Good to see gypsey again, besides in the "G"Hole in uintahs. Keep it up gang!
Great Video and Adventure! Im Definitely Interested.... Looking forward to the next videos!
Thank you everyone for watching Uncharted Expedition. Find Your Adventure.
We hope you enjoy the show and more episodes are on the way. Adventures are out there! 👊
The conquistadors knew of this famous mine of the Ute Indians, because this was one of the major sources of the valuable minerals that the Aztec(AZULTE) possessed. This was the mission of the Coronado expedition to try to locate this source, the UTE Indians traded these minerals to the AZULTE( AZTEC) for maze
Looked like an awesome adventure keep up the good work Treasure is just around the corner….. x
I believe a drone that is equipped with a lowdar scanner will be able to show anomalies on the landscape in the area you are searching should show all sorts of old roads, trails or structures that may have been present 100 plus years old
This valley that ends just to the south west of Black Lake New Mexico, is where everyone should be looking for the Josephine Mine there is a fire service Road that crosses this valley from north to south, but allows for easy access to the end of this valley. Do you want to stick to the northern side of this valley that contains little blue creek? You were only about a mile and a mile and a half to what is called Black Lake leading away from this valley at this point and looking from the aerial view you will see that a lot of what we in Canada call ribbon trails all converge at this point at the end of this valley, something went on here for a very long time. The natives have worked this mine for years.
It looks like Great Adventure. I find it a little humorous. You are following in the footsteps and giving great Credence to graffiti artists from hundreds of years ago potentially. If you talk to taggers or graffiti people today, all they are doing is trying to leave their mark. I can't help but believe that the same applied back then. But still, Great Adventure and good Comraderie.
Another amazing adventure!!
The existence of this, mine of the UTE(YUTAS) I swear
Awesome video Tim!! Love it
Thanks Tyson!!! Your wife is great at making our adventures finalized… Good job Jada! All the team did good.

Interesting exploration!
It looks like there is a trail behind the guy at 17:50 in this video. Perhaps the three circles are hills and the other marking is a trail to the mine/cave. Keep up the hunt.
Having watched all of the previous episodes I was really looking forward to a new episode. Having lived in PA my whole life, that landscape is so beautiful, especially the final scenes. I had hope for more detecting and seeing something beside the horse shoe. I really look forward to episode 5 which looks awesome from the previews. Great to see Gypsy, I follow her videos and weekly podcasts. Have you ever had an ATV breakdown out in the field? Besides attempting repair or replacing a tire, what do you do in that case? Thanks for sharing. I appreciate your efforts.
650 virgin silver ore planks multiplied by 50 equals 32,500 pounds and 1/5 of that in gold bars 1/5 of 32,500 is 480 so the gold was poured into 20 pound ingots, 240, 20 pound bars of gold. Sorry for my previous math mistakes.
Whens the next episode!?
I Wish there was more original programming like this!
Does anyone have any suggestions of similar stuff?
How could a mystery and history be on a map?
How could it be in plain sight?
What is the history in the mystery?
That’s a story can be brought to light
A little glimpse of yesterday
At the pioneers of time
And with a little history
You can draw straight line
Histories mystery
Of riches on tap
And with a little history
There’s no mystery to the map
With a start point of 50 miles north of Santa Fe New Mexico because this is the point that the group that was going on the Coronado expedition to find the origins of the Timpanogos river the Rio Grande of today this in time was also called the blue river after the Azulte Indians, the Aztec as we call them today Captain Garcia with 42 men ventured down the Saint Anna River, 12 leagues times 2.4, roughly 30 miles following ancient trails that’s 28.8 they then turn south twice that distance following the river trails, this brought them to the end of a valley filled with herbs at the end of this two league, long valley, 4.8 miles if we want to be exact, they have found the site of the famous mine that they will now name the Josephine, the Martinique, the Empress, and it is at this point at the end of this valley , Mr. Garcia ascends to a vantage point on the rounded peak. He says I deny it of great increase. It is at the top of this vantage point that he looks to the north east, and he sees the forest, the woods running all the way down to the little black edge, Chico, NEGRA, bordre Chico in Castillion Spanish means little one the little black edge on old Spanish maps. They called this aqua NEGRA. This is Black Lake, New Mexico. This is what Mr. Garcia sees from the vantage point. He sees the woods running all the way down to the shoreline of Black Lake, New Mexico, the Spanish did not consider this a lake because it has no great size to it. It is more of a slough from the vantage point looking north east at the end of this valley. You are standing 1600 m above the pant the location of the Josephine Mine this is mine to which they have named, Josephine consists of three well shafts, with the central one named the Empress, having seven levels, each with tunnels leading away from the central shaft all constructed with the addition of patios for the processing of the raw or the well shaft construction allows for great light in the mid day sun because the sun is directly overhead for hours during the day
Why would treasures in America block the Josephine website that shows the Waybill from Jose Joaquin, Garcia, and the map by Nunez
Tim you still moving forward with this project? Have something interesting to run by you in you have some time.
4:53… “30 million years ago”… 🤔 Dude, the Earth is only 6,000 years old!
I generally loose interest the moment someone brings up "long range detectors"..
What happened to the website?
Could it be similar to Nascar lines
When you say the Aztec treasure is not in kanab, there is not just one Aztec treasure, there are many so there might be treasure there and many other places in Utah. I believe Utah is littered with treasure.
New Mexico, not Utah stop following Gary Holt why would anyone follow 30 years of failure
UTE The natives of the great basin Just because Gary Holt thinks that the word yutas means Utah is not a reason to follow him. It is not in the Unita mountains. It is not in Utah. The Nunez map is New Mexico. The Coronado expedition never went to Utah. They were looking for the source of the Timpanogos River, the Rio Grande the source for the Rio Grande is in Colorado the other way
You guys have a lot of energy and equipment, but you need to expand your knowledge base. Metal detectors are not going to dind mines or caves hidden by the Spanish, or later Mexicans. They used trail markers that are obvious to those familiar with what they are lòking for. You had a number of them in your video, and were standing by some, but you didn't have a clue. Do some more research before you go back.
