Fun fact, apparently when Mr. Creosote exploded, some of the people vomiting in the background are actually vomiting completely unplanned. They were shooting this on a sound stage and the industrial lights were really hot, the “food” expelled from the explosion smelled really nasty, and everyone had been there for several hours. Just adds some realism.
They say that this is the only scene that Quentin Tarantino has been truly disgusted by. lol
Seeing this in the cinema on a big screen was sooo funny but I'm sure everyone started to worry that others in the audience might start to puke.
In Britain when you offer anybody one of these mints, it's impossible not to say it in a french accent, and if you're stuffed after a really big meal and asked if you want anything else, you can't resist saying 'just one wafer thin mint please' (in a french accent of course).

This is a classic MP scene and to this day when you hear someone saying “F#^k off I’m full” you just know that they’ve seen this and you giggle a bit. Even my older kids know this phrase.. when you are utterly stuffed and that tiny last thing is offered, you are stuffed af in other words: f}^^k off I’m full 😂😂and if you eat another bite you’ll explode

They cut out the part where the cleaning lady says whilst being vomited on, "Well, at least it's better than working for the Jews." 😅😊
This scene was very nearly cut from the script when they were writing it, (the Pythons used to work in separate groups, John Cleese and Graham Chapman were one, Michael Palin and Terry Jones was another and Eric Idle wrote on his own, then they would meet up over a certain period of time and compare what they’ve written. ‘Mr Creosote’ was a Palin/Jones idea), but John Cleese read it again and phoned Terry Jones, who was also directing the film, and said that he would like this scene to go back into the film, because he thought the waiter was the funniest character and he wanted to play it.
U need to watch the whole movie... ;-)

Honestly, I wasn't really disgusted by this scene. If anything, I was confused. How does mr creosote use the bathroom? A catheter? Colonoscopy bag? It'd be really hard to piss if your ureathra is covered by your flesh without making a mess, and it'd be hard to wipe after taking a shit. That being said, a person that overweight would have infections like crazy down there, and even some necrotic flesh. I'm obese, but I can still move and take care of myself without any issues. I've even lost 8.5 % of my body weight since December. I started at 240 lbs, and now I'm likely down to about 215 lbs. So I've lost 25 lbs in 8 months. Slow but steady progress. My grandparents have noticed, and I've noticed because now I can squeeze into size 14 pants again.
Do you also wonder how the coyote is always only singed and not shredded to pieces when the rocket/bomb/dynamite explodes in his hands?
