Same thing happened to me. Told me to bring it down so they could give me a price and then when I showed up they said they don't work on motorcycles. I was beyond pissed off

Recommend to double tube it, I also put a mtb anti puncture liner as a bib/mousse somehow all fits 🤙🏾
