I think they hate horror stuff like Resident Evil not because they think it's bad but because they think it's too scary. Likewise, they think stuff like Hazbin Hotel or South Park is too inappropriate. I think a lot of users are stuck in the mindset of "I'm too young for mature content. And I'm a good boy for avoiding adult stuff."
