  • Welcome to this 15 Minute Morning Stretching Routine to slowly wake up your body and mind. A beginner friendly routine made up of yoga inspired movements, mobility and mindful breathing to finish.
    Use this routine daily to start your day with a bit of movement and get you ready for your day. Using this routine often will improve your flexibility and mobility.

      Loved this. And I will do it again tonight xx are you going to be doing anymore and like yoga as I find it really helps specially as I have ADHD xx
