    You cannot spot reduce fat, fat loss will be a result of a caloric deficit not some weird exercise and will be on all of your body

    Building lean muscle in these areas will help burn fat in these areas but not just these areas.If you aren’t eating clean chances are it will never go away and building muscle under fat just makes you look bigger to a point.But these are great exercises.👍

    Those five exercises or any other core exercise when I get rid of belly fat it will just tone up the muscle you have to diet to get rid of the belly, fat or side fat

    There is no such thing as spot reduction of fat employing exercise. Exercises isolating a particular muscle group where fat happens to be located on anyones body, does not burn fat just in that area, but burns calories throughout the entire body, and as a result of any exercise, fat stores may be depleted by an exercise are not isolated to the body part exercised, but occurs from all over the body, and the manner or location in which an individual loses fat (from arms, abdomen, suprapubic region, subscapular region, hips, thighs, etc, is genetically determined.

    None of these exercises are good for targeting rear lower back (fat), in fact nothing can actually target these areas except good clean diet and cardio! Every exercise posted only targets the obliques and with weight it will only cause your waistline to be blocky and solid, not slim at all! This video is incorrect!

    Every exercise is a waste of time for reducing the lower back fat , you need to get into a calorie deficit . And low intensity workout like walking , jogging and stairs . In this video the shown exercise didn't hit the lower back fat they hits the oblix

      Safer to do dumbbell side bends. Using a straight bar the plate could easily side off if not careful.

    BS. You might strengthen your obliques with these moves but Fat doesn't leave your sides from doing side bends and twists!
    Fat comes off systemically and your midsection is the LAST place fat comes off of!
    So you have to peel your body like an onion with all the real ways to lose weight; exercise, eat clean, calorie deficit eating, Paleo, Keto, 8 hours of sleep every night, Detox, cardio, discipline, and consistency for months or years.
    It's a lifestyle, not a fad diet or 1 exercise that removes the fat.

    by all the shit these indications that I see here, the exercises done...for the waist, it is recommended fitness without weights....everything he did in the video was good but without any weight, many repetitions of 50-100 in one repetition. .it's true that with weights you lose fat faster, but at the same time muscles that form too big under the fat don't make the waist smaller, on the contrary, you lose 4 cm of fat and 2 muscles remain....running, cardio-fitness for the abdominal area and lateral .... the weight only makes the muscles on the abdomen grow very hard and makes the waist fat ... stay calm as from 50 repetitions per series you build muscles but everything is more controlled

    Barbell twists, really! Used CGI man because the real person wrecked their spine. First exercise nearly as bad, OP should study physics and counter weights.

      Honestly all you have to do is be in a caloric deficit and do dumbbell chest presses with perfect form and heavy weights for you. Do them a lot….I used to have man boobs and they’re gone!
