Rip Bruce legend he was the best f1 driver in roomed 50 when his car crashed on the roof he got 100 miles per hour I got in tears and anything was possible
Greatest New Zealander to have ever come to Formula 1, sadly killed by rear wing failure in the Can-Am M8D, it was a shock to the racing world, and I know someone by the name of Tim Wilson, who said this to me (using his own words) "Bruce McLaren was the nicest man I had ever met it was a sad loss when he was killed due to wing failure at Goodwood", he should have been with us in the 1980s when McLaren had that fire spitting Ron Dennis and the partnership of the gods, Ayrton Senna and Alain Prost....I wonder what he would have said when McLaren scored 15 out of 16 victories....that makes me wonder....
Even more than a decade before Ron Dennis, Senna, and Prost was the McLaren team's first F1 driver and constructors championship in 1974 with Emerson Fittipaldi at the wheel. The team had finally achieved Bruce's goal.

McLaren has been my favorite car brand for my whole life. Growing up people talk about Lamborghini, Bugatti and Ferrari. Brands like that. I was a little bit being taken in and at one point, I was looking at Lamborghinis everyday. Then when I saw a McLaren for the first time. My mindset totally changed. I instantly fell in love with the logo and the McLaren headlights. So I asked my friends about McLaren but they had no idea what it was. Then I showed them a video of a McLaren going over 200mph and a picture of the McLaren P1. They also changed their mindset. Just how underrated McLaren is? Every car they've made was an masterpiece. So is Bruce McLaren. He was a total legend. He was so inspirational. From being unknown to an overachiever. I was always inspired by the biography of Bruce McLaren. From the first McLaren made. To my favorite McLaren; the 765LT. They were always an masterpiece. The greatest New Zealander will never be forgotten ♥ Tribute to Bruce McLaren. His legacy will live on forever.

McLaren has had a bunch of great liveries on their cars, but I think they have to keep the papaya orange. It’ll probably become as iconic as Ferrari’s red and Mercedes’ silver.
