Absolutely love your channel! Thanks so much for the baking soda soak idea, will definitely use it. I assume storage and cleaning is the same for all citrus? I can't bear using citrus without using the zest. Thanks for the storage ideas. I wrap a zested lemon wrapped in plastic wrap if I need to save it. It helps keep it fresh for a couple of days.

Why has nobody created a machine to do this? Mincing it with a chefs knife, no machine can do this? Nutribullet blender maybe?
