    • @mechanicalhigh960

    Sweet! Sounds so good. I see you took my advice from a while back 😁 Cutouts are such a game changer on these! It’s nice to be able to from beasty to stealth at the click of a button. I routed my wires through that same grommet too lol. Or if you’ve got a long highway drive it’s nice to have it a bit quieter. I’ve had mine for about a year and just got long tubes a few days ago. I think if you take out the resonator you’ll get serious drone. There’s a vid on here I watched of a e55 with headers and muffler delete, rez delete and he said the drone was unbearable so he had j pipes installed.

      They do nothing for performance and people think you are a douche. I have one of these, cat delete, long tubes and stock mufflers to not seem like a douche and to avoid cop attention. Other mods too but the point is you are trashing up a decent car.

      Fair enough. Honestly I dont see that as being “bought” though. You still picked out the parts that go on your car. Our slogan is more aimed at the people who buy their cars already prebuilt from the previous owner, rep like they put the time and money and effort into building it, when ultimately they have zero clue what is done to the car.

      @@mechanicalhigh960 my last 3 cars where definitely prebuilt. Matter of fact I bought a second C6 Vette that already had a blower on it and an excellent tune all I did was get it dyno’ed at 2 different shops to see the HP difference and it was straight to the street. Sometimes you find good prebuilt cars that actually have good work done one them.

    • @mechanicalhigh960
      @mechanicalhigh960  Před 2 lety

      @@gblikesnikes sure a lot of the time you can find good deals out there and I have bought some stuff that has already had work done to it as well. I just wont rep like I built it until ive actually put time and money into the car. On top of that, I will make sure I know exactly what has been done to the car so if people ask I can tell them. This seems to be the part where people nowadays fail. They buy a car prebuilt and when someone asks about it they have no idea what is done to their car but they represent that they have built it themselves
