@@Voxrist i dont think so... In my opinion sequels are very good... Every sequel movie is better than attack of the clones it just a fact. Last jedi is maybe poor but its way better than AOTC... If you watch a original trilogy and you know that there is no prequel after that you will see that plot is stupid.... 2 biggest sith lords died by them selfs vader is somehow lukes and leyas father... It didnt have a plot before prequels.... And then prequels came wr saw why it happend all and padme died because she was in prequels or theory that palpatine was stealing her life to help vader... So i think that sequels will be best if they actually add some movies like prequels between ot and sequel trilogy.... (sorry for bad english i hope you will umderstand what i said) :) have a good day

You've actually admitted Driver's a good actor, because you saw exactly what you were supposed to see. Someone who wanted to be the next Vader but didn't have it in him. He didn't have the edge you wanted to see because he had too much of his father's heart in him. Anyone else playing the character would've had to play it the same way because that's the way it was written. Your problem is with the writing.

" I failed you Ben, I'm sorry" that moment was kind of beautiful, and when he realize he finally beat Rey but couldn't kill her then Leia reached him and Rey kills "Kylo" but heals "Ben" so to speak.
I would say he was going for the kill, it was because Leia reached him as she passed away that he felt her death first, before Rey and that unexpected shock caused him to freeze. Regardless, it was a nice moment.

He almost killed the person he loves because of rage and power. That's why he threw away the lightsaber. He not only killed his father with it, but he almost killed Rey.
Kylo/ Ben deserved better! I swear he is the best character of this trilogy. Most character development and depth. Judged because of his heritage/ slave to his masters/ feared by his own family... redeemed by his father (Han) and saved the woman he loves (Rey). He did do what Vader/Anakin could not.

The fact that the conversation he has in the Rise of Skywalker with Han is almost parallel to the one in The Force Awakens, except he has grown and has the strength to do what he KNOWS is right. It’s beautiful writing. Shit on the other writing mishaps, but this one is brilliant.
The thing is the Disney trilogy had beautiful scenes and moments, but overall it was shit.

I know actors don't get oscars for these types of movies however what Adam was able to achieve with this character in a poor trilogy was pure talent. A master at his craft and for that I believe he should have ended the trend and won at least one!

He thought he couldn't live up to Darth Vader, but in reality, he did, he gave his life to save someone he loved. Evil turned good. He was focusing on the dark, but he could not hide the fact that he is being drawn to the light.

I think that actors Adam Driver, Mark Hamil, Andy Serkis, Daisy Ridley, Ian McDiarmid and others done they best to provide such great emotions in so unbalanced plot. We can only imagine what could happen if scenario would be better thought out. 🤔

None of the actors were bad in the Sequel Trilogy, they did a wonderful job with what they were given, I appreciate that George sold Star Wars to Disney and while I wish he would have made more content, he was done. We have gotten good and bad things from Disney Star Wars such as The Mandolorian and of course the bad plot and idea of the movies but at the end of the day you have got to admit that these people really put their heart and soul into these projects. J.J. definitely could have made some better decisions but he and Ryan really love Star Wars, the actors love Star Wars. Nobody is perfect but these actors brought these characters to life and wether you like them or not they put hard work into it and I believe that is worth something
I’m seriously crying from watching this. Kylo Ren/Ben Solo is truly the Dynasty of all the past Star Wars movies. He had the most character development throughout all of it. His ending should have been far better than dying. He deserved a new chance at life, away from all he has ever known and see what could have happened between him and Rey. Thanks for uploading. ❤️❤️
Now THIS is what i love about the community,its not cultivating the things you dislike in a movie,show,whathever it may be,but instead,showing your love and passion for the good side of things,thank you for this video,there can be 1000 vids complaining about the sequels but they are just as powerful as one video that shows how good they can be,I mean,Kylo is hated by everyone,the good guys the bad guys,yet he still redeems himself.

Sadly Disney completely wasted Finn otherwise a defecting stormtrooper suffering the horrors of PTSD would've been a unique story arc in the series. It could've been a compelling asf storyline with him joining the resistance and trying to save lives as penance for all the lives he took in the first order.
They could've tied Phasma doing what she could to eliminate him to prevent further insubordination and dissention amongst the ranks. She doing her absolute best to keep some stability within the First Order while the leadership began to collapse after Snokes death leading to either Finn finally settling things with her in the final film by either killing her due to being stubborn or by making her and his former comrades see the truth in that Palpatine had been manipulating them their entire lives and with him going crazy attacking and killing ally and foe alike with his rampant force powers they join forces with Finn in destroying the Final Order fleet ending with Finn taking his former unit after the battle and declaring their intentions on going around the galaxy and aiding in its reconstruction giving them a needed purpose in life freed from being used as tools of war.
Or something that actually gave him a solid character arc.

Did Kylo never hear about how his grandfather changed teams in the end? Did Luke not hear about how his father was turned to the dark side? He became Obi-Wan, and pushed Kylo to the dark side, the exact same way Obi-Wan pushed Anakin when he needed him most.

Beautiful tribute - parts of it brought tears to my eyes. 😢 Ben Solo/Kylo Ren truly deserved better - such an anguished character and such a heartrending tragedy. I must admit that I initially thought that the role was miscast, but Adam Driver's acting was so brilliant that I was more than convinced - no one else could have played this role; he was perfect. Thank you for making this!

Ben's hand" this quote hit home because of the fact that Ben and Kylo Ren were fighting against each other, deep down Ben was talking but Kylo Ren was too, yeah he had doubts but that's because of Ben, but his mind was blinded he felt betrayed because of his uncle and felt no one believed in him that's why he turned to the dark side. He had a purpose and hope... but no one was there for him in the end. Kylo Ren was created because of doubt, and not realizing his true potential. Star wars taught me a lot and I love it. Moral of the story is: stay true to yourself be humble and don't be blinded by the distractions or your true passion because you... You have something special and you must take over your mind before it takes over you.

I have to give it some credit Ben Solo's story carried this trilogy. I wish they made it more focused around him. Everything else was bleh compared to the debt of his story. Also Adam Driver is an awesome actor and did his part well. I can't wait for the Kylo Ren stand alone comics like they did Vader.

When I first saw the movie, I was so angry with the way they killed him off; thinking that he deserved a better ending. But after some thought, I think it was the best ending for him. He did unforgivable things, things that I'm sure the real Ben could not live with. His death redeemed himself because the act of giving life to Rey was the purest, most unselfishness thing he had ever done, since turning to the dark side.

@@RaxInDX So true, their death's are quite similar but to me, have different meanings. Vader sacrificed his life to save Luke and thus brought balance to the force. Ben died after balance was already created by Rey and his sole purpose was to just save her. He accomplished the one thing Vader could not, and that was to save the woman he loved from dying. In a way, Ben fulfilled Vader's wish and completed his own redemption.
