- Today I had the pleasure of taking Wode Maya around my home. The last time he was here we only had bricks to show. Hopefully this time he's impressed by the progress.

Our rich auntie 😍
Amen! I receive it lol
More Blessings.
She's actually applying a principle taught at Light house by Bishop Dag;" THE PRINCIPLE OF FRUGALITY".
Yeah she is rich
Exactly, lol.
Let me tell you what I love. The fact that she has finished a section and is staying in there. Rome was not built in a day slow but steady wins the race
Makes sense to live there while it’s being built…saves money on rent elsewhere
.....and you will not be ripped off by building contractors. You can actually count the bags of cement, blocks and other materials as they build. Brilliant idea.
SisiYemmieTV Exactly. How are u??
The tenacity of this girl, her vibes, positivity, & love so contagious. Great feat you've achieved young woman. Well done!
Please do not forget her husband, Kwame the genius builder, who worked and managed this project.
Thank you 🙏🏾
I like the way two of the bedrooms are designed with walls that provide some privacy so when visitors walk by they can't see directly into the rooms.
Wode Maya is so humble yet very succesful!! Its hard to find this days.
Dela’s living the African dream ! Well done 👍🏾
Lovely house. Large and well designed. I need Wode to come to America and bless my house with his presence!!
I am proud of you too. This is something for you, your children and your children's children
Wow this is soo beautiful and definitely there is a big difference now 😍 maya is such a humble soul ❤
You have to be a billionaire to get a house like this in UK. Good job natural Ghanaian girl
Flies!
'Do your thing Kwame and Dela! Great to see what can be done after migrating from the Uk.
WOW 😀Dela You have come a long way Your house is looking fantastic your are blessed with hard work😁🙏🏾🙏🏾
Seeing Woda Maya vist it real blessing .
7:53 I truly like Wode MAYA. He's such a genuine guy. It's nice to be happy for others and their success,God will forever bless you.
Now this is a Luxury home. Well done! Very Beautiful 😍
Do you watch Afrimax English
By the way, it rains more in Ghana, than Kenya, however the Nairobi area is cooler in temperature than Ghana, because High-altitude locations are usually much colder than areas closer to sea level. This is due to the low air pressure.
Great to explain to people who not understand why ❤️
Depends on what part of Kenya. My hometown of Kericho in Kenya experiences afternoon rains daily throughout the year. You must carry an umbrella at all times.
If they stayed in UK and send the money to be built, half of their money invested would be gone, it’s good they themselves are in Ghana..
Wow this is so inspiring! I love Wode Maya childlike spirit!
Beautiful home. Natural Ghana woman forgive me for coming to see the finished stage. The process was a journey not easy. Bless you Natural Ghana woman and your husband. Africa is really home sweet home.
Wow! What else can I say? We're just seeing the magnitude and actual design of this house. You have a proper design there man. It's really beautiful. I like the entrances to the bedrooms especially. I was excited all along but now I'm really anxious to see the result. It's going to be a site to behold.
Am still investigating in Ghana and truly understand her feeling, it’s such a good feeling being able to see what you’ve been able to put up, a lot of money and efforts goes into projects like this…God bless Africa.🙏🏾
Well done to both of you. Your bold move to Ghana and house build is so inspiring. I'm enjoying your interviews with other people too.
The refrigerator has its own room
😊😊
The progress you've made is fabulous. Most memorable accomplishments happen over time i.e. day by day. week by week, month by month year by year equals a life of highs and lows. God Bles you and your family
I like lighting in the corridor.
The house isn't complete and she has moved in and continues with her goal.
You’ve really tried Dela ! God bless your hustle

The feeling For Living in your own House is…..
Congratulations to you Dela and your husband.
Well done 👏 this is so inspiring.
It doesn’t rain much in Accra because Accra is a savanna vegetation... the other regions, especially the forest vegetation has a lot of rains, that’s why Ghana is the second biggest producer of cocoa, without rains, cocoa production will be impossible... so, it rain less in Accra, but not the entire Ghana 🇬🇭.
Point of correction,we have three(3) main vegetation zones or belts in Ghana;Savanna,Forest & Coastal Zone. Greater Accra is found in the coastal zone because it is close to the sea and not in the Savanna Zone like that of Norther and Upper Regions of Ghana
@@ericsdiary2232 what are you correcting? Have you ever heard of coastal savanna before?🤣🤣🤣
Don’t create your own illusion.Revist my response and see whether your conjoined answer Coastal Savanna is in the response 😀😂
@@ericsdiary2232 indeed, ignorance is blissful🤣🤣🤣.... bro, where in my comment did I said, there are only two vegetations in Ghana? For your information, there’s nothing like coastal zone vegetation in Ghana , because areas like axim, and all the way to takoradi are coastal towns but they are in the forest zone, so you can’t generalize that all the coastal areas are in one vegetational zone... the savanna vegetation in southern Ghana, starts from south eastern part of central region to aflao in southern Volta... there are two savanna vegetational zones in Ghana, and they’re, coastal savanna and northern savanna zones. So if I said, Accra is a savanna zone, I wasn’t wrong.. bro, I won’t blame you entirely, I blame the educational system of Ghana for churning out functional illiterates 🤣🤣🤣
@@kofisam4106 It seems you are sad in your life. Don't take offense,no insults. This was just conflict of ideas. Brother functional literate go n teach for legon 😀😂
Beautiful finish 👌🏾
That house is really huge!
It looks fab, you’re making great progress! 🌸
Thank you
All the best congrats.
You crack me up with the intro I don’t think anyone could be looking your home is amazing
Beautiful Home!

Thank you 🙏🏾
I loved this house. If don’t mind to tell me the company who did the house plan cause they did a great job! Am originally from RDC and I would like to build something there. Good work and God bless you!
Is all about consistent, really amazing proud of u guys
Thank you 😊
Awesome
Very impressive and can’t wait to see the finishing. But Wode Maya that statement that it hardly rains in Ghana isn’t totally accurate. Some of us haven’t heard that there has been a recent drought in Ghana knowing that climatic conditions is tropical with two seasons ie wet and dry. However, during those seasons it rains more in farming areas than the urban areas so it depends on when and where one visit the country.
We bless God . It a beautiful home. God has favoured you.
@1:05 I guess I needed this video too... So all this time this house was behind another house you own? lol
@6:34 I kind of agree with Wode... If you live on the 2nd floor and rent out the 3rd floor, you can recoup all your building cost in a few short years and have passive income(or maybe you move everyone to the 3rd floor and Airbnb
ent the 2nd floor room by room)
That Nigerian billionaire has Wode thinking about grabbing all the Cedis he can lol
He even knew about the roof likely being livable based on the material used because he has that experience now
Inspiring
Very very lovely 😊
Woow
Well well done my dear🤝
I enjoyed your video. I smiled all through. Just subscribed to your channel girl. Well done in all your projects in Africa 👍🏽👏🏽🙏🏽♥️♥️💐💐

God continue to bless you and Kwame as you continue on your journey!
Thank you 🙏🏾
Well done 😍
It doesn't rain because they got rid of the trees. Nice update, love the house.

Nice work Ghana Girl, the work has really moved forward. Congrats and continue to enjoy your life in Africa with clean air.
Q: How to get water there? I saw that huge black water tank.
Most of the time the water comes from the pipe into the tank but sometime you have to buy it to fill.
Beautiful 😍
I would love to see it finished
Great
Natural Ghana Girl The process of the home has been a cool journey.
