This video is about #fitness and about a guy who got height increasing surgery and why I think you should do other things to gain confidence instead. #gymmotivation
For insecure short people it's really choosing between being made fun of for being short or being made fun of for undergoing surgery. The only actual solution is confidence.
Short guys can get jacked a lot easier than tall guys. And every man I've ever met loves short girls. Confidence is a key factor in the equation, like you said.
If a person genuinely makes fun of another because he/she is short than that person isn't worth anyones time. Just laugh it off, that person is just a fucking idiot that will amount to nothing. Problem solved. Genuine people will not laugh at someone because of something they can't change or do anything about (by natural means).
@@huniverso it kinda is tho. If people would judge less for shallow things that dont matter like height or looks, then people wouldnt feel the need to do these crazy adjustments to fit in
Rejection from society is an extreme overreaction. At worst youll have a harder time getting s girlfriend, but getting laid is not the purpose for life.
Rejection from society? Give me a break. If you are saying someone that is slightly average height will get rejected, then you are actually big part of the problem. Crippled people are being rejected way more than shorter than average people. They don't gets jobs easily for example. Slightly shorter than average has no problem.
I'm from Brazil and I'm slightly below average in height at 1.69 cm (or 5'7"). In my family, all my uncles and my father are taller, standing above 1.82 meters. In most of my conversations, height isn't a common topic, but one day, while chatting with two of my female friends, one of them casually mentioned that she could never see herself dating a man shorter than 1.75 meters because she wanted the freedom to wear high heels. I was genuinely puzzled at first, but when I finally grasped her point, I burst into laughter and said, "You might need some therapy if you have a fear of gnomes." She laughed as well and agreed with a chuckle. What I was saying is that you don't have the choice to be short or taller, but you do have the choice to be MEAN. Always be the bully. Here we have a popular phrase that says, 'They can be tall, but we are vile.'
Being 5'5"/165cm tall I wanted to be taller as it's pretty much always better to be tall in many aspects of life as a man. But hell nah, I much rather be able to walk normally.
I am a 167cm male which is quite below the average in my country. That being said, i don't remember being made fun of due to my height during anytime of my life and although i would have preferred being taller, it is no big issue. I think the lack of confidence builds up from childhood and leads to these extreme desicions.
This shit mostly happens in north america, i dont know whats the problem with short people over there but this shit is relevant on social media for some reason.
@@chlml Only in countries where people is idiotic at best or has their life resolved, in countries like mine where we are trying to survive day by day with dont ask trivial subjets like this because we dont care.
Ive been made fun of for being short many times and Im 170 cm. Its the first thing people will mention if they want to be hostile towards you. Though ever since Ive grown up the comments dont affect me anymore.
The doctors, the hospitals, the supplier and pharmaceutical companies...the medical industrial complex is a scary thing, and virtually everyone is entwined in it...
People abuse their bodies enough as is, just by the modern lifestyle inaction/junk food, vaping/smoking etc. I don't view the companies as "bad/evil" , people need some accountability when they are adults you know. That's not to say we should have mega casino's and vape stores all around ofc.
Tall and average height people: No need for surgery, just be confident. You have no idea what you're talking about. It's like telling a depressed person to just be happy.
That is very true. As a man that's a little above average in my country, I've never been made fun of because of my height as I can recall, though the same cannot be said about some of my shorter friends, and let me tell you, it bothers the crap out of me to see them getting demoralized for a few centimeters. But I've come to see some of them actually have way better confidence than me, so I think it depends a lot.
I don't understand how they elongated his thigh with 10 whole centimeters. There's literally a 10 cm gap in the middle of his femur. Does he permanently have a metal rod in his bones now or did the bone somehow grew back?
@mrkiky The bone fills in the gap. This is a process known as (distraction osteogenesis). After a year most patients walk around like nothing happened. This guy is only a few months past the lengthening phase, and he overlengthened as well. Safe limit is usually 8cm femur 5-6cm tibia
@@mrkiky They cut the bones and slowly the 2 parts of the bone will grow, *_slowly_* so they just use the rod to slowly open up more the gap each time needed so at no point in the whole process he has a 10 cm gap, he just has a milimeter or maybe 2, I don't know, the bone will fill that small gap alone and once he is done they remove the rods as the bone becomes one piece again.
@@DeadpoolXI1 It looks like he has a whole 10.5 cm gap in his femur on that xray though. I'm not an expert at interpreting xrays, but you can clearly see the bones in the other places, and there seems to be nothing but metal rod in that gap.
@@FC01 is it really going to improve his life? people will treat him better sure, but what about the mental illness that caused this that goes untreated? He will live the rest if his life knowing that the version of himself that he presents to people is not his authentic self. That he chose to fit in with societies perception of what a man should be, instead of love himself the way he is. I dont think this will be his last surgery
He didn't mock him, he criticised him, he said he made the wrong decision and used language to accurately sum up the damage he has done. His audience needs to know about him because it is highly important that this behaviour is discouraged. Yes, he has a right to ruin his life, but others should be discouraged from what looks like to be a terrible decision.
As someone who works with older populations, a lot of the injuries you experience early in life will come back to become a major obstacle to your quality of life when you need it the most. You don't need to be completely risk-averse to avoid injury, but then you also don't deliberately break your bones into two pieces because you want to be taller. You don't want to reach your mid-to-late 50's on a myriad of prescription pain-killers because the damage you unnecessarily put your body through in your 20's and 30's now stops you from sitting for longer than 10 minutes, or stops you from getting a good night's sleep over the course of 4 hours without being forced to get up every 30 minutes
This looks like his body is still recovering. Muscles need to adapt and be more developed for the new length. That takes time. I dont think lengthening is a good idea, but i dont think he's crippling himself in the long term. I do wonder if the more fit you are, the more capable you'd be though.
bro if someone kicked him in the shin he’s done. trust me, he’s defnitley worse off in the long term. his legs weren’t made for that length, and no amount of exercise will bring him back to normal unless he gets that shit removed.
hes in his recovery state youre giving misinformation about the surgery after about 2 years he will get back his athletic performance depending on how much he lengthened but recovery takes time and he also needs time to adapt to his new autonomy
You have peak, well conditioned athletes who make millions of dollars in investments towards physical rehab and their general health who cannot overcome a single break in one leg. I’m going to bet that a random guy with less means and more breaks in both legs will have something of a hurdle.
yes but youre talking peak athletes, they are not. so if youre planning to be the number one football player you maybe shouldnt do it but for amateur sport and normal living conditions its fine.@@smoothjulio
While I would never break my leg and go through this insane surgery, especially if I remember correctly that he was already 5'8", I can feel the pain of being a short guy. I think this dude got dumped by his shallow girlfriend because of his height and that really messed him up psychologically. I am a short guy, way below average and get made fun a lot. And people really don't take short people as seriously so you have to work double hard to be recognized. It goes beyond just trouble with relationship. Lol funny I found this video. I went to the haunted house last night and even the dang actors made comments about my height twice.
Mayweather is 5.8...tell those people to make fun of Floyd and he will throw a bundle of 100 dollar at their face...insecure people make fun of other..those who has nothing in them try to drag down others...
How tall are you? I'm 5'6 and never face any real issues in real life. people might joke about height, but we also joke about ethnicity, religion, obesity , looks, financial success, penis size etc.
He is also going to be in a lot of unnecessary pain from the metal rods. I broke my femur 2 years ago and had to get a rod and every time the weather changes I can feel it.
This man makes me cry from sadness and helpless for people whom society destroyed their pride and self esteem in such cruel way... What is wrong with this world and people?
Sadly, the only reason this procedure even exists in the 1st place is because the overwhelmingly vast majority of women (ie; the average/typical woman) statistically disregard men based on their height.
It's very logical to lengthen tibula too because this way his proportions will be normal again. And of course he will need some time for those leg to heal, after that his mobility will be ok again
No, the proportions will be off. Having stupidly long legs compared to your upper-body still looks off. Most men have their hips at the halfway point of their body (while with women it's slightly higher).
@@bloopboop9320 I know that a lot of men like women with long legs. I dunno about men with long legs though. I talked about proportions between thighs and shins
I like how people act as if this guy did not go through a lot of bullshit solely because of his height and THAT is why he's willing to go through this. I would never do this to my body even though I am myself short and had to deal with people trying to humiliate me because of it. Life is harder when you have to deal with assholes, but there is a lot more to life than just being seen in a certain way.
I like how you blame everyone BUT the adult that made the decision to do this. What a coddled little man-child you are. Now we as a society bear the responsibility for what each individual 8 billion people in this world do. Grow up, Billy.
I'm 6.15ft, and I'm surrounded by people over 6ft, two of my buddies are over 6.4ft, and we have one friend who is 5.4 or 5.5ft and he was made fun off his whole life because of his height. Nevertheless he hung around with us, played basketball with us, made fun of us (for reason other than our height, obviously), and he never let his height keep him from feeling good about himself. Now he has a beautiful wife, who is actually taller than him, and two adorable children... I understand that this may appear patronizing or unsympathetic coming from a taller-than-average guy, but it's far more important to be stable and reliable as a person, both to you, your friends and your current/future spouse.
6'4 to 6'1 isn't that a big a deal lol you mad, most tall ppl have shit knees and bad backs and are clumsy. christ move on. i feel for ur mate though cos heightism can plague short ppl for sure..
@@tylerprudhomme Wouldn't trans surgery also be unethical and bordering on criminal? Both of the procedures butcher your body so that you can look more like how you want to look.
Of course your only "solution" is to shame & blame him as if he's the irrational one and tell him to just be confident. Maybe tell society(especially women) to be less shallow. You're now invisible unless you're at least 6 foot. You get no respect at all when you're short. His actions are a mere symptom of a sick ass society. Yet you want to put all the focus on him.
To all the people saying "height doesn't matter he shouldn't be doing this" think again. Most women would rather date a 6'3" overweight bum playing video games with cheeto fingers all day than a 5'6" jacked bodybuilder who goes to the gym 24/7.
This person will get better. My cousin did this. First 6-12 month he regret his decision. But after 2-3 years ,He completely healed and exercise like a normal person. He is now very happy
I think its very easy to say this as someone who is average height, but as a guy who is SIGNIFICANTLY below average I can totally understand why youd get this surgery. being a short male completely defines the way people look at you, its not about confidence or insecurity or mental illness, when people meet a man who is short, they judge him very harshly. and immediately assume he is weak, submissive, unintelligent, and will be lonely forever. getting this surgery is more than a way to just change your height or "get bitches" its to change your social standing in the world- which affects every area of your life, what jobs you can get, how many friends you have, how you are perceived by others, even intense psyical pain and temporary disability doesnt seem to compare to how much it sucks to be treated like an incompetent baby your entire life just because of your height
It's how you look at things..what other people say or think is none of your business. You'd rather be short and strong than slightly taller and handicapped. And with these kinds of procedures, who knows what it will do after some few years. I know plenty of short guys who are really strong, lots of friends and generally successful.
Bro what? If you're short go to the gym and fill out your frame with muscle mass which will be easier since you're short... you will look like a monster.
He’s still recovering, of course he’s not going to be moving at 100% yet. This video is just meant to scare people into not getting leg lengthening surgeries by making it seem like you’ll forever be moving like some 80 year old grandpa, if you do your physical therapy you can make a full recovery. The dude who made the video is probably at least 6 foot lol
@@lordlittletoeq8537 At least 13 people disagree. Also how does this make me an incel and how it is propaganda? Do you even know what those 2 words mean??

And also for the record I’m not an incel, I have a girlfriend.. funny thing is that if anyone here is acting like an incel then it’s you
Quick question, Arcdelio. How tall are you? For me, as a 5'8" male, while I won't go as far as breaking my own bones, or endorsing such a procedure to someone else, one thing I can say about this guy is... I completely understand. I won't necessarily say I have deep insecurities, but come on... most guys under 6ft would agree that they wouldn't mind an extra few cm added if they could. (In this case, 10cm added to my height would make me something like 6'2") I wish him all the best, regardless.
I'm 5'6 and have no issues with that. Yeah, in childhood you might had to prove yourself more, but that was no issue. Why should you risk your health for that? Doesn't make much sense. He for sure is also not maximizing on other things, just height. You know what I mean? Doesn't even lift or focuses on career, but regarding height he's going all in and risks his ability to walk, wtf. But you're right. I wouldn't say no to some additional inches on my height. But I for sure also wouldn't say no to 8 inches instead of 7. I would also prefer a slightly darker skin tone I would also prefer being born rich I would also prefer elite genetics for bodybuilding I would prefer a talent that would make me al ot of money But I love who I am and I am happy :) I
As 5'9" living in Asia, I'd love to be shorter tbh, being tall is worse for calisthenics/gymnastic, one of the best exercises you can do. As long as you're fit and not comically far from average height few cm of heights doesn't matter.
It also depends on the country. As a 5"5 in the Philippines, many people would call me tall, as the majority here stands at 5"0 - 5"3. I never felt tall in my life, but I still took those compliments 😊
Dude, respectfully you don't know how this surgery works. People are TOLD they won't be agile for the first 6 to 18 months, it will heal. This is nothing different from a girl who wants to have liposuction or a face lift. You've really missed it with this video.
Listen here when you're physically attractive people trust you and treat you better stop lying to yourself if what you say is true then why men that are 4 out of 10 or 1 out of 10 don't have wives or is treated less greater physical intimacy and connection, helping partners feel more bonded and attached to each othermore friends, better educational opportunities, better job offers, and even better medical care." Attractive people are more successful in life
You're making it out as if this will remain his state. It will not. What's making him move like that is the sinews and muscles being too short for his legs now. He will very likely make a full recovery within a year or so. Not that I advise this kind of procedure, but it's important to keep facts straight.
To be fair, It has been shown that the full period of regeneration takes about a year. So it isn't finished yet. The proportion also will be fine after finishing the second procedure. But it is true that the long-term effects have not yet been evaluated. So all in all, very risky. But if you suffer that much, I believe you'd rather die than to be short.
@@-drasque-7636 I might be biased, but I'm a figure-drawing artist and let me tell you that I can tell in about .5 seconds if someone has unusual proportions. The vast majority of people know what normal proportions are so there's no way he isn't going stand out. 99% of men fall into very similar proportions and ratios, so when someone suddenly adds several inches to their legs without also adding in an extra vertebrae or longer arms, it is going to be noticeable.
@@bloopboop9320 The bad proportions come when you stretch a single section too much without stretching the other one to compensante. Both femur and tibia lengthening together leaves you with a better height and decent proportions.
I think you have no right to judge other people's choices. He didn't commit any crime, he went through hell to improve himself and he looks happy. Don't patronize people, like you know better. Let him cook, live your own life.
I’m 5’5 which means I am really short compared to even the girls that live near by. It sucks being so short, getting denied dates and being made fun of and bullied for it constantly sucks. I’ve asked my parents about it and thought about getting this surgery plenty of times because I’m tired of getting bullied. I can’t because I live an active lifestyle but if I didn’t I’d definitely already have this surgery done

Dude. Pal. Boyo. In 20 years, ask out those among those same women who are single. I can almost guarantee you you'll be beating them off with a stick. Limiting yourself to the 6"5 7% body fat millionaires is only hip and cool in your 20s, but when they get to their 50s and are still going on tinder dates, trust me, your whole outlook on life will change
Reminds me of South Park when Kyle went to the surgeon to become a basketball player: be taller made him participate in the game, jumped once blew his knee off. Work on what you can control (weight, fitness, mental health), accept what you can’t. Delusional people will want delusional things no matter how much you do for them. Whatever you do, do it because you do want it, not for other’s approval.
Health and physical wellbeing should come before everything else. I'm 5'7 so I'm not insanely short, but still short in the eyes of most people and I would never consider getting this shit done. Maybe it's worth it for someone who is significantly shorter than average, as for those people the pros probably outweigh the cons when it comes to this surgery.
i agree that there is a deeper issue at hand... reminds me of professional bodybuilder, not matter how big they get, they always think it is still too small
Im 5'6 i used to be made fun of but after getting amuscular physique they stopped bothering me and tbh working out gave me so much more confidence to the point where i dont even care about the kids making fun of me.
For those who want height enhancing surgery, dont worry about videos like this. This guy had an increase of 10.5cm (~4inch) and that was just his femur, he’s probably looking for an extra 7-8inches in height total, thats INSANE. If you want to increase your height, do 2 inches femur, 2 inches tibia. Thats HALF of what this guy is doing and that would still bring you from 5’6 to 5’10 or whatever your height is which is PLENTY. Height enhancing surgery is still a fine option just dont go overboard with it
@@maxe2820what are you on about? True, people do not read the numbers even the narrator. This guy literally bisected his own legs and reattached them. There is a limit to how much muscle and tendon can adapt when it comes to bone lenght.
@@sfyrisvasileios7799 yes of course doctors on this sector are aware of the limits you can "stretch" your bones and muscles. Also proportions are important. Often it ll be the doctor who decide how much a patient can safely gain height. Always put health over unrealistic expectations.
I just hate this type of videos, just creating fear into people about a procediure with minimal risks, for people who's lifes are fucked because of something they can't improve on.
I agree, however for some people it's picking their poison. I totally understand why it's sad, but some people just can't fix their life unless they run their life under their own terms. So, I highly respect these sorts of people for their decision, but I hope they can recover from any PTSD they might be suffering if they suffer any consequences before and after surgery. In the end I don't blame these men for taking this risk. It takes more courage than what I have to make this into a reality.
I wouldn't just trade my literal mobility for a few extra cm, but you don't know how much it hurts and how much life changes when you're a REALLY short male. It's almost like you're playing a completely different game than everyone else
I admire this man for his bravery. He is willing to go through the pain and live through the risk to get the height and therefore respect that he feels he deserves
Thank goodness I didnt go through with the surgery, I may still have insecurity when it comes to my height but at least I found a way to just deal with it in a healthy manner
This comment section is full of average to tall men preaching about confidence, and trying to lecture short men on it, telling them that height is not the problem. Tell me, if you are not short, how can you know what it's like being short? No platitudes please, real answers only.
This is medical malpractice. Dude needs counseling, not surgery. I need this form of surgery, because my L leg is is 5mm shorter than my R., and it causes me tremendous back pain because of hip tilt. But insurance won't cover it because it's elective surgery.
Lol thats not medical malpractice. If a heart or brain surgery fails because of the patients condition then thats not medical malpractice neither is this. Last time i checked cosmetics surgery isnt illegal in America
As a short man i won't do it, but I understand why some people want. I've been constantly mocked during all my life for my height. Work, relationship, everything, you are constantly bullied. And this stigma is only focus on men. No one ridicule women for being short, or fat. It is called fatphobic. But bully men for being short is widely accepted, it's encouraged. So It's easy to judge when you never experienced this constant harassement. Being short is a true handicap.
Women are ridiculed for being fat all the time. Although I do agree ridiculing men for being short, or for example bald, is seen as more socially acceptable.
I'm 175 (5'9") the height is pretty comfortable in everyday life and society in general (there were some bully attempts at school, but I doubt that was just because of height. Totally stopped after some fights with skills I got in MMA) however girls in terms of romantic relationship always rejects me (even when I was 15 with almost same height), never kissed anybody, now passing the age of 27 years old.
if you lack physical attractiveness to get girls, the best thing you can do for yourself is work on your personality. I have struggled with the same thing being bald since i was 22, but i just see at as playing on hard mode. I never get approached or have girls initiate something unless they have seen my personality in action, an honestly it i huge confidence boost when that happens. I get girls in spite of how i look, it has all to do with my behaviour. Now i dont neglect my appearance.. i dress well, work out, and have good hygiene, but that feels like a baseline thing.
I can tell from my own experience. That once I hit the gym and my body became more muscular people started to look at me differently. If I was a little more higher I would be even attractive.
I think that this is at least partially caused by all the bullying of short people that happens online, like ther are people out there telling guys who are insecure about their height that their life is worthless just because of their height.
I live in the tallest part of The Netherlands, average height here is like 1.85 Metre for males and i'm 1.74. If i had the money, i would do the same as this brave man.
I think the issue is that his tibia isn't long enough for a natural walking style, hence why they're going for that surgery. Also, I'm pretty sure his muscles haven't adapted yet. It's like going to the gym. Muscles won't develop in a day, a week, a month, maybe not even a year.
Personally I like being short. Without short people tall people wouldn't exist. We all have our strengths and weaknesses, this is yin and yang. Have a great day.
If I was seriously short (like below 165cm) I would definitely consider such a surgery if there isn't a high chance of getting crippled. It's not really worth it if it cripples me in the process though. But I imagine that the effect of going from 165cm to 175cm would be pretty significant as a guy.
Having long legs with a smol upper body looks just extremely bad. Im sorry for this guy but now everyone gonna see he's disproportionned. 165cm guys are actually better in dancing and gymnastics cause of the lower center of gravity, so yea, just dont try to be a tall guy, be the best in what shirt guys does.
I don't know about the rest of the world but this is a symptom of a much bigger problem than just one man's "insecurities", and I gotta say, I never heard a woman say anything about a "6 foot" preference until social media melded all their minds together. Tall used to be relative to the observer.
I know objectively that I'm a bit above average height - 6'0" - but still I can't stop myself feeling insecure about not being properly tall, it's ridiculous. And I'm not even someone that aspires to be the 'big, strong alpha' old school masculine archetype. I cant imagine how I'd feel if I were actually short and people made fun of me because of it.
you're close enough. tall starts at 6'1. one inch isn't noticeable irl. also people fraud so much that girls will think you're taller. I'm 6'3 and some girl thought I was 6'5+ because men inflate so much. I actually tend to lie and deflate my height to fuck over other guys
@@rootfish2671 I think largely it comes from being a goalkeeper as a teenager with serious ambitions of turning pro. A lot of clubs, Aston Villa certainly, had a policy where if a keeper wasn't 6'0" by the age of 16 and 6'2" by 18 they'd automatically be let go regardless of ability. I don't know if it's still the case. There are examples of keepers who have made it to the top of the game despite being 6'0 or under - Casillas, Barthez, Coupet, Pickford, Raya, Ospina, etc but not many. I was a legit shortarse compared to almost everyone I was competing against and knew it counted against me.
I am slightly below average in the Netherlands with my 1.78m. For years I thought I was 1.80, what was still below average of people my age, but recently I measured and it was only 1.78m. Oef, that made me feel short, as a lot of women are also taller than I am here. At least I am more believable when I say I am 1.78m. Also it is a practical height, as I can still reach everything, but also fit in everything. So over the years I started to appreciate my height. I ran also 24:45 minutes in my last 4 mile, so no way I am going to ruin my legs for just being a bit taller. And there are plenty of women still shorter than I am.
He won't be crippled, he is still recovering. In a couple of years he will be walking around normally. Sure, he won't be a pro athlete, but you won't either. Tons of videos of people who underwent the surgery and now look normal. Being tall has a lot of advantages that confidence cannot match.
Before hitting puberty I was always the shortest guy in the classroom, girls included. But I never was bullied because of that, and I kinda liked being the only one that way. After puberty, I´m slightly above average in my country and I have met dudes shorter than me who have been with much many girls than I will ever be. Big L to the author for displaying the video WHILE the surgical procedure was ongoing or SHORTLY AFTER the instruments were taken out. What did you expect? He would fly with broken legs? Full recovery and muscle strength in the legs typically require several months post-removal of surgical instruments. Criticizing others' choices and even blaming them is simple
This is exactly what annoys me about the video. Height enhancing surgery is still a fine option just dont go overboard with it
Christ how is it a fine option, it’s mental illness
@@maxe2820what are you on about? Being short sucks most of the times if a guy can turn his life for the better by adding some inches let them be...by your logic even facial surgery is mental illness, dental surgery is mental illness, doing hair trasplants is mental illness doing anything that alters your body image for confidence is mental illness.
Everyone shitting on the dude. I respect the guy. Im sure he knows the risks and took it in order to get what he wants

There's difference between getting 10 cm of height and changing your whole gender.
Both involve body dysmorphia

@@SuperFuzzyDunlopweird that something that can be changed isn’t as socially acceptable
Fuck heightism
Doesn't mean anything if you weren't getting many chicks
I think that this is at least partially caused by all the bullying of short people that happens online, like ther are people out there telling guys who are insecure about their height that their life is worthless just because of their height.
Then get offline and find a hobby
I live in the tallest part of The Netherlands, average height here is like 1.85 Metre for males and i'm 1.74. If i had the money, i would do the same as this brave man.
just move to another country then your height will be average (or Asia and you will be above average lol)

I've seen short guys get more respect and sex than I do, just because they're better
Women are broadcasting that they only date six feet or taller. That's why.
And men are supposed to.. bend down to that?
I don't know about the rest of the world but this is a symptom of a much bigger problem than just one man's "insecurities", and I gotta say, I never heard a woman say anything about a "6 foot" preference until social media melded all their minds together. Tall used to be relative to the observer.
Body dysmorphia
And it’s not like it’s done wonders for our expectations of women either.
I am way above average height but I want to become Jack Hanma.

U would need extra tough skin.
Sounds like a mental problem tbh.
How tall do you want to be? A literal giant?
Just wear tall shoes
you ain't ruining shit tho. After a year you will be able to run just like before.
Seriously people, we should stop body shaming men for their height, it’s like adding gasoline to a campfire.

Big L to the author for displaying the video WHILE the surgical procedure was ongoing or SHORTLY AFTER the instruments were taken out. What did you expect? He would fly with broken legs? Full recovery and muscle strength in the legs typically require several months post-removal of surgical instruments.
