I'm 18 and 5 foot 2 (157,5 cm) when i was "younger" 15-16 years old i saw videoes like these and obviously wanted it, this might sound mean but knowing there are dwarfs, people without legs, people without arms, paralysed people and so on made me realise how blessed i am to live, who cares about something i cant control fuck that if a girl dont want me because of my height wasnt the right girl to begin with, so to anyone around my height i understand why it feels shit to be short but there is so much more to life than just height my dad is 180cm and my mom is 170 and still i am this short but they love me for who i am, my friends love me for who i am and i improve everyday by working out, taking care of my health, stretching and so on, if you wanna do the surgery go for it im just saying there is more to life than height you will always be insecure about something so if my biggest insecurity my life is something as stupid as height im fine with that, look at people like, Danny DeVito and Kevin hart, one of the nicest guys and one of the funniest both short but who cares, they might not be where they are right now if they were tall, to anyone reading all this bless you and if you do the surgery i hope it goes well and if thats what it takes to finally make some of my fellow short people happy go for it.

its just a symptom of inequality, which is the consequence of (genetic) variance and its compounding impact. in nature, people would all be almost equally tall and equally good looking, because faulty genes die off and people dont lack nutrient and therefore arent deformed like modern humans are. since we have had several generations of all classes of people reproducing, and similarly ranked people mater with each other, you get an increasing range of looks and genetic ability, which compounds with each reproduction. also the lower your rank the more chemicals you take in, the less nutrients you can afford, the later women get pregnant etc, which all causes physical deformation, which makes people more and more unequal in looks, intellect, money and ability in general.
then, women arent held to any standards anymore, and since smartphones and social media and raising men to have no self respect, women have so much perceived access to options that this kind of dynamic is inevitable.
the actual solution to inequality would by to make sure that lower class people do not reproduce, that women have children equally young, and that people can afford nutritious food. the exact opposite is the case. I read a book a while ago about diet from a hundred years ago, and it looked at primitive human societies and found much greater health, perfect teeth, symmetrical faces and lack of crime or needing a "police", since nobody was so uncompetitive that crime felt like a good option

If you also wear shoe lifts, well then you would 5'8. If you correct your posture and do a little bit of stretches and exercise for 10 years, then you will probably add another 0.5-1 inches. So if you really wanted to do all that, then you could become between 5'8-5'9. For photos, you could do the foot trick where you raise one of your feet like an inch or 2 off the floor so it looks like your taller in pics like how many celebrities do and it goes unnoticed. So if there is someone you know that is 5'10, then you would look like the same height if you did all of these things in a photo as well.

It depends on your health overall, even into your 50s is ok if your overall healthy but I’m not a doctor so double check with one.
