Yes! Medians! One of my favorite weapon. I liked the video a lot, thank you :)
I want to share my opinion about your build: I think the armor is not appropriate for the play style that the weapon requires.
From my point of view, with this weapon you have to move so that enemies do not approach from behind or from the sides, maintaining distance and using cover to be able to focus on what is in front of you, knowing that they cannot attack you from the sides.
The armor should focus more on protecting the front and especially the weapons, just enough to not raise the PS too much.
Of course, everyone has their own playing style, that's how I enjoy building and fighting with Medians the most :D

Median are incredibly powerful. The scorp of low ps (and suffer from the same close range heavy cabin meta rn). They do perform best on hovers tho.
They nerfed median, but it's still decent weapon for low ps. hovers or omni or gerrida all work fine.
I do really enjoy my medians, but they can be really strong or really terrible, and it seems random as all get out lol.
