If i remember correctly the devs for cross out don't give a shit about the balance or this game at all, and its slowly losing players
one of the reasons that entak (YT creator) stopped the content seemed to be from this

Yet again, you make the mistake of taking a sponsorship from Gaijin. Isn't it evident how horrible a company they are, considering the grind and pay to win bs are just as bad as in War Thunder? For Christ sake do some research on sponsor before accepting a deal.

I played Crossout back in the closed beta, it was fun, the game was great, but years of "balance" and Gaijin's Greed have made it more and more and more of a grindfest, it's a fun game, but the grind nowadays is VERY time consuming, almost like a full-time job almost. I also played Hard Truck Apocalypse, which is in the same universe technically, made by Targem Games, who also made Crossout after Gaijin absorbed them
the game goes through an endless cycle. Release new part at a state everyone knows is overpowered (people go nuts grinding and buying from the market) Gaijin gets the micro transaction $$$ then nerfs it back to where it should have been after everyone owns a set of whatever the new thing is.

I feel like theres enough weapons in the game where they could double or quadruple the progresion speed and it would still take forever to get all of them, fuk just a single relic would still take ages

Not to mention the expensive DLC's. By the way, most of the stuff Nano showed off where DLC parts. Whis Nano said that in the video.
I can say that they destroyed crossout like I remember playing it like almost as soon as it came out but now I can’t let myself put myself through what that game has become and I hope they don’t do the same to warthunder because it’s not the best but it’s pretty good
This looks like one of those games where some players buy everything and can’t be defeated while making it miserable for regular players.
They made it into one. It wasnt like this at the start. But gaijin has to ruin every good game they make. First they ruined Crossout. This year they ruined Enlisted.
Nah, the regular players never meet the payers. It's impossible for regs to make a car strong enough to get into the same match as them
@@nareik8017 the matchsystem became unbalanced as well. I went against t4-t5 players while i was with a t1/t2 with 1-2 t3 parts.

@@nareik8017nah again, last time I played two years ago with Tier 3 MG build with the Omnibox cabin, and I got paired with enemies with Tier 5 weapons and legendary cabins. This game is unbalanced af, and it baffles me how there's people still playing this game without paying a single cent.
watching youtubers play crossout always makes me nostalgic, then I remember why I quit (because changing what guns you use takes about 50 hours of grinding, and we are talking only about second (blue) tier)
It became worse. Now you only get a few scraps for a win against 2-3 higher tier cars.
Gaijins strategy here is to give nano a promo account with all items unlocked, so he has a wild time and everyone who joins needs to pay $200+ to even witness a 1/10th of what nano got access to for free and immediately.
You get around 10-20 wires per PvP game, each game takes maybe 3 minutes, 5 at most, and 100 wires sells for 14-16 coins right now on PC. Each blue weapon is maybe 30-40 coins. You can probably earn a blue every hour or two.

Cross out is a phenomenal game that I highly recommend people specifically _not_ play.
If you think this game looks fun, watch other people play it or be prepared to drop a few hundred dollars if you dont want to grind for a few months/years. The new player tax is the most extreme and egregious example I have ever seen

DO NOT PLAY! We old players abandoned it due to them changing the game so its pay to progress. Or you can grind half a year for one good piece.
They even destroyed some of the balance of the game, so some of us who built into a certain style became unable to do anything.
They changed enlisted a pay to progress too just a 0,5-1 yr ago. We are boycotting these games due to this.
Crossout was one of the best games. Then they made it into pay or suffer. Since then their playerbase tanked, and they refused to change it back. Time ago you got parts for missions, and could made certain stuff if you allies yourself to a faction. Now you get a handful of scraps, and need to pay GOLD TO BUILD!!! Let me tell you, parts are tierbsed. You need multiple parts for a piece. And for high tier stuff you need pieces from lower tiers. So you can see how bad it became, as you need to use a lot of premium currency a lot of times to get parts.
You could get 0,01 gold for 100 gas. You got 200 gas per day. Also, its bought up by other players. So until they buy it up, you have nothing. To be able to build 5 basic piece, you could rent the workbench for 10-15 gold.
Also, there where 5-6 tier of the pieces. There where 6 faction. Each level of workbench of each faction had to be rented separately. Each tier exponentially more costly.

@@mrhonkhonk6116 make it five times that and you maybe get a usable one. Dont know the prices today, but it became that you could buy whole wechiles with a few hundred bucks. Completely destroying the economy and progression of the game.
This game is super fun if you get everything free like Nano did and also got paid for it! Life is great for.....none of us

For having played since 2018, if you wanna start now, you are *not* gonna have a fun time, the greed machine that is Gaijin won't let you have fun cuz of the unhinged grind to get to a good level.

Omg the memories you bring to me with this video on this game. I played that game when I was a teen.
Not pictured in the video, the bottom tier, default truck with one machine gun and one auto cannon that you will be stuck with forever if you don't shell out buckets of money. Free players will never see any of the awesome content this game has to "offer". The heat death of the universe will occur before you can grind out any of the weapons or components seen in this video.
The building mechanics are great, the combat feels nice, but after a few hours, you'll have experienced pretty much everything a free player will ever really have access to unless they are willing to devote actual years to unlocking the more mid-tier parts. I had fun with it for a week, got past the "new player loot phase" and started the actual grinding before quickly realizing that if I was lucky, my grand kids would be the ones who finally got to play with the top tier stuff since I certainly wasn't going to live long enough to grind it out.

I always make sure multiple parts interconnect on the same weapon so it's mounting surface isn't one big target
I played Crossout when it was either closed beta or just released but it was super fun there wasn’t a health bar like it is now and the test range was a lot better you weren’t also stuck in “missions” 90% of the time

I love how they tout about their pve experience. Having one mode you only get rewards for doing once per day and having an insanely long queue... doesnt really meet the mark, imo

I thought this game was dead. I remember hearing it had a problems with balance and low player count.
It was running sub-2 minute queue times when I went back to it a few months back. As for balance... its had balance issues since it started and not a single one has ever been addressed in any meaningful capacity
Back in my day helicopters used miniguns for lift.

you can do slam dunks with harpoon if you use thrusters
if you mount you cannon lower and too the front your recoil will be better

A note from someone with over 100 hours in this game: Do Not Play. Everything takes a LOT of time to get and can be bought with real money. I love the game, but i don't love being locked to the atarting weapons until i grind enough to get a single cool weapon. The balancing is good-ish, though, from what i remember, and all the designs for like everything are awesome.

Tried this game few years ago. Its fun at first but damn the grind is absolutely terrible. I wanna comeback to this game but i always remembered how grindy this game is made me changed my mind lmao.
This would be a cool game if it was a sinhleplayer story driven full price unlocked release with quality DLC at a reasonable price. But I guess that's too much work for game devs in our Lords decade of 2020
