Let’s be real though, Drake’s career has a Deadpool level healing factor. He got outted for his ghostwriters and for hiding a whole human child, and pretty much everyone knows he’s a poser, yet he’s still going strong. Despite how hard he gets clowned he’s got enough fans that are willing to buy whatever he’s selling. Kendrick bodied his very soul leading to him embarrassing himself in a beef that will go down in history, but I feel like as soon as his next album drops it’ll be business as usual. His hold on the industry is… is… is… grippy :/
Unfortunately I agree, Drake has to strong of a hold on the game & the moral compass of the average music fan has always been skewed so we’ll never actually see a Drake downfall unless he was to go to jail or something. And don’t use a pun like that ever again
@@LoNotes Yea, but for now. No one wants to mess with Drake. It's got to hurt Drake to be completely blacklisted from the music scene. But, I suppose that won't last for long before everyone is hovering over Drake again to profit off his success.

Why would you expect 2 of the biggest rap artists to put their careers on hold just because they got dissed. who fuckin cares if they got dissed
It’s not about putting things on hold, it’s about learning to handle the situation better than whatever the hell this is. Because a lot of people care that they got dissed lol
No one expects them to put their careers on hold; but people expect them to be able to navigate their circumstances better. They have, or better yet had, a huge opportunity to really win the general public’s favor with a solid record post beef.
Instead they proceeded to make goofy moves. They’re supposed to be vets in the game but they acting like rookies. Further fueling Kendrick’s point about them being replaceable and wack artist.
I f you are going to do be a rap commentator than you should also understand context. That Delilah track is a satire song with a toronto comedian only released on soundcloud. Not a real release or a serious track. If you also had context you would understand that that comedians whole s=thing is that he exaggerates the toronto accent hense the track...
The context don't matter memeing after a battle with an intentionally bad song did not help his reputation at all 💀
