He loves Kendrick bc Kendrick presents Black culture in a perfect little artistic package for him to maladaptive daydream to so he’s become the chosen “good Black man” for non Black ppl. They walk away from TPAB or GKMC feeling like they now know what it’s like to be Black and feel satisfied. When we hear rap, rnb, hip hop, blues, soul, we hear our people’s stories, culture, and history. We know most, if not every reference, every joke, we share the pain and the joy. Our music is linked to who we are and has always been a driving force for us. Non Black ppl turn on our music to feel like a bad bitch, or a gangster, or to be aggressive, or to give their un-nuanced opinions like Fantano. He constantly oversteps and like Drake making way for non Black ppl to feel entitled to infiltrate into rap without respecting Black culture, Fantano has made non Black ppl feel comfortable critiquing rap from their cul-de-sacs.

His fits can be crazy or lowkey insane cause who tf is dressing in all bright pink... even if u had his bread you just arent. New york seriously isn't that crazy in fashion. People in New York do not wear fits. They are't as image based as you would think, you just haven't lived in New york so you think there's a big image. Asap(other than rocky) really can't dress like that, its mostly imaged based not like a real outfit you could just chill in. They dress like they gotta tell somebody whatever they're wearing (big brand 3 dollarsign). Yachty doesn't wear big brand and focuses on the proportions or colors.
