Tesla almost hit by SUV threading-the-needle, SUV hits wall

I was driving through Dallas on I-35 when I heard a car hit the inside concrete wall to my left and behind me. I looked in my side mirror to see a SUV bouncing around trying to not lose control. I had no idea why they hit the wall, I guessed they were texting or something. A few days later I looked at the dashcam and saw what really happened and realized I was almost in a serious accident. As you can see, they were coming up behind me fast as I was in the center lane. They tried to get in the passing lane at the last second and cut off another car. They overshot the lane change and hit the wall! It was REALLY close as they almost clipped me in the rear. Also a good thing they didn't lose control after hitting the wall and then hit me! I think it really scared them because they slowed way down and I never saw them again. Sometimes you don't know how lucky you are. If it weren't for the Tesla dashcam I'd never known about this close call.
