You've got the explanation of mr shred spot on, just want to note that if you have any flat shred (like corki E, or what abyssal used to give) that applies before %shred, and then it does %pen and flat pen. So the order is flat shred > %shred > %pen > flat pen
Damn they should switch % and flat shred like they did for pen.
Hi shok, adding to what you said about A Sol, if he does the stronger r, and it AOEs 5 people yes it is 20%, but it also includes epic and large monsters, in an ideal world where he hits, baron, drake and all jungle camps if they're all up, it's looking insane. Of course, very hypothetical but very insane.

I'm not sure I follow the reasoning on Yun Tal profiting mostly from longer fights, do you mean anything longer than one-shot/burst time frames? I.e., so quickly that it can't be healed/shielded? Otherwise, 35% more dmg sounds good to me any day, for a Tristana dive rotation for example.
Yeah pretty much, atm everything outside of tanks dies in 1-2 autos so the fights are very fast

Hey Shok, about Viego. I play him JG and with the changes to Kraken slayer he might be weak in this patch. Kraken gave him all the stats he wanted, including crit (his q scales with crit) and now he is in a weird spot. Maybe someone will figure out a good build, but I don’t know how viable he’ll be JG, let alone mid. We’ll see.
Pls Riot remove crit scaling on Viego and buff him in a propre way
