for some odd reason the nut for the speedometer cable doesn’t WANT to screw onto the dash cluster for mine and now LEDs seem to be dead

How can you bench test the gauges? I heard you can hook a 9V Battery to the fuel guage but I'm worried that'll burn it up

I use an Xbox 360 power adapter. It’s the correct voltage and amperage.

The biggest challenge will be the speedometer cable. try an adjustable wrench so you're not struggling trying to find the right size. After you do it once its not a big deal the second time. While you have the cluster out of the car it's a good time to change out your headlight switch if your headlights are over heating and turning off. I changed mine and also added a new relay harness so the headlights are not running all the amps through the switch and go through the relays instead. I'm going to post a video on the halo headlights I installed and the harness I made myself that makes the halo/switchback headlights plug and play, no need to cut into your cars original harness to make the halo and switchback work. stay tuned!
