I like to think that ALL the good gunslingers of the gang has Dead Eye, which explains why you cannot use It against Micah, and why everyone on the gang is so deadly. I think that If John used Dead Eye there then Micah and John would automatically use It too
I think Micah and probably Dutch in his prime also has Dead Eye, that's why it's useless in both confrontations, it's like the Flash fighting Reverse Flash.

I think Dutch saving John is due to him feeling guilty over leaving John when he got shot or arrested on the mission our best selves. Same goes for the remaining money as well. Dutch already had what he wanted, so he gave everything else to John, his other son (Arthur being the first im dutches heart).

Yeah it was a revenge mission for Dutch. Micah is the one responsible for the gangs demise. Dutch was responsible too but only because he was manipulated and eventually figured that out. He probably still loved John deep down so he let him be. Fantastic story!
And I think Dutch was waiting for a moment to kill Micah. Then comes in John with the gang, a perfect opportunity which Dutch couldn't let go to waste
I think Dutch finally got the money he thought would solve everything only to find it didn't solve shit and just made him depressed everytime he looked at it

everyone always talks about how dumb it was that he used his real name or was near blackwater(or staying in the country at all), but now that you mention it...his house payments must've raised some eyebrows. No matter how you slice it, John's fate was sealed rip.

I've noticed that Dutch/Micah only shoots 1-2 seconds after you kill one of them, so actually, even without a good eye, if you try hard you can shoot the second one, I think it's worth a try.

After finishing this story, I decided to travel all the way up to the mountain once again and got Micah's revolver. It is saved with my other weapons.
just to save your time - if you shoot micah, dutch shoots you but if you shoot dutch then micah shoots you and both will give you a game over.
And I think Dutch knew John would ultimately find them and was plotting to kill micha the whole time because he knew they had all the money. You can tell Dutch really felt the guilt of his doings when Arthur died(because he literally doesn’t speak once after he does) and he finally realized micha was a snake. He walked away knowing the cash was there to right his wrong for all those years.

Dad, you should of shot dutch once he betrayed you, you wouldn't have to kill micah because he wouldn't prevent Arthur from reaching his gun, causing micah to die, and Arthur to maybe live a while longer, I wouldn't of been kidnapped, and you would have got a ton of money from his bounty

This ending made no sense, since you can dual wield two pistols, wish you could shoot both at the same time would've been way better and realistic. Micah had the right idea where everyone was a rat.
Well you can't kill dutch since he is In rdr1 so this does make sense also john didn't want to or need to kill dutch.

I didn't shoot any of them I wanted to see what would happen, Dutch just shot Micah in the end. I didn't wanna shoot Dutch because I thought that if I did Micah might shoot Sadie. But I didn't wanna shoot Micah because I thought Dutch would shoot John and there was no undoing it, so I just waited and Dutch shot Micah.
What if you shoot Micah with the double barrel with explosive amo?

The game has been out for two entire months, sure, you get a free pass if you got it on Christmas, but for those who got it at release, and still not done with the story, shame on you. And either way for both scenarios, who in their right mind would watch RDR2 videos if they’re not done with the story? There’s bound to be spoilers if you do.
