Alright so its been a year…did this help with heat and sound? Also, how does it handle water crossings and wet or muddy conditions? Does it protect from or cause corrosion?
yea before my exhaust was hitting the shock covers. This definitely helps protect those rubber dust boots. It's fine in water. In fact it helps when you wet it during install so the wrap is tighter. The heat from the exhaust dries it pretty quick. No corrosion issues.
