- This video will teach you how to split your dirt bike engine cases using the TUSK Crankcase Splitter Separator Tool. The process is pretty simple and as long as you take your time and are patient with it, it is a breeze! This makes it look so much easier, I’ve split two cases in my life and both times we used wooden wedges.... not fun.

I need to split my case due to transmission issues. Is there anything I need to do after splitting the case in terms of motor valve adjustment?
I just purchase this tool and cerious to why they made the bottom of the puller bolt flat insted of having a tip there for the end of the crankshaft . just hope it does not damage the end of the crank shaft
I want to assume it is to accommodate different cranks and make it more universal. But I have use it plenty of times and does not damage the crank end!

Ngl I'm 15 and I've been rebuilding 2 strokes and I'm poor I just use a flat head screw driver
