Thanks for the tutorial,
But Imagick is not found in phpinfo but it's available (magick -version) and while running function it shows (Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'imagick' not found)

hi i laready solved the installation problem, you have to use the same php version, 5.6.42 and the same version files: the Binaries, DLL and the imageimagick exe
i tried to install whit php version 7.1 and 7.3 and didn't wotk at all,

On xampp v3.2.2 with php 7.2.1 work perfectly but you must have a lot attention and not mess up, check triple.

Hey Naresh,
To see if Imagick was loaded as extension, check the phpinfo() function of PHP. The final script to test if Imagick was working was made in a Symfony controller, check the snippet here: paste2.org/PFx1IFvW.

Sorry I found the binaries, I've been searching or looking for binaries in PECL website but upon gooling it's here => windows.php.net/downloads/pecl/deps/ . Your description had it but didn't see it first!

If you are running PHP 7.2+ (7.2.3, etc), the versions of Imagick may not be available for you (7.1 max). Do not think using 7.1 will work! Imagick will _not_ appear in your phpinfo(). Apache will say it cannot find php_imagick.dll even though it's there! Download the PHP 7.2+ version here: mlocati.github.io/articles/php-windows-imagick.html
