You can get a few good shots of her fingers after she pushed Abby under the water and let go of her. Half of the ring finger is gone (you can see it fly away when Abby bites it off), but the little finger is still there. She only bit half through and maybe ripped off some flesh. Looks like you can see the bone. She then had to cut it off by herself.
That her finger actually detaches and remains in Abby's mouth is unexpected! I would have thought they'd just switch the mesh or something like that and then spawn the finger mid-air after the punch. Crazy stuff :)
6:11 A TIP ABOUT THIS ENCOUNTER!!! If you place a trap mine right by that door, it kills one or two of them, and you don't get pinned! Just place it, go over to the bench and span the circle button until it lets you leave. You wont get pinned, because your killing the first one before he/she can get to you :)
You actually don't need a debug camera for that, you can glitch out of bounds and back outside, Joel's model just walks around in the same little area, sometimes gets in his knees like he's looking around for something. Interestingly, if you go back where the (now missing water is, as all of the water disappears after Ellie is boosted through the window) Joel will follow Ellie!

Imagine how much hard work they would need to do if they had to focus on perfecting these little tiny details which you probably wouldn't even be able to see throughout the entire game Details that are not even part of the gameplay. Interesting to see Ellie lost only one finger in end cutscene.. Another interesting thing happens in a shootout with Abby, Mel, and Manny (at the gas station). After the shootout, it's clearly visible in Photo mode that Mel doesn't have shoulder wound. But right before they finally arrive at the base, she's wounded behind left shoulder. Call it a bug or whatever, but I don't see when exactly Mel was wounded. Maybe some other camera angle could reveal that? Thanks for the videos.
Much as people may dislike this game, I love it. I just like the fact to actually progress the story in away the link the games together. And I like the fact that it shows the even main characters or characters we love can die too.
