I’m tired of ppl saying that…quoting Stan Lee as if writers ✍️ haven’t heard that and sought to disprove that. There’s something called a MUTANT CIRCUIT, basically when mutants combine powers or use their powers in tandem with each other to achieve greater effects. Something that has gone way back to the 70s comics but has been used more often in more recent comics

The X men keep challenging his decisions, when he is on to something going to the leader he chooses in Scott backfires, Scott goes the other way same as he did when combining the Phoenix in himself. Charles is brokering a deal let him cook. The overarching story set aside are the Phalanx winning over mankind the mutants the rare survivors still in the same fight losing. In any of those timelines Nemrod was pulling strings.
Scott doing the same old mistrust lets go at alone well that failed.
@@justinmcdonald2072 to be fair, from the Krakoan era alone, here’s a few things Xavier did that predictably led to the poor outcomes that occurred.
1) putting sinister, Shaw, and mystique on the council to “watch them”. How well did that go? Shaw still did underhanded dealings and eventually threw his lot in with ORCHIS. Xavier strung mystique along to do secret missions with the false promise of resurrecting Destiny knowing he was never gonna do even if she succeeded, so she went behind him and got Irene back on her own and they nearly brought Krakoa down with their mess. Sinister… do we even need to go over Sinister’s mess?
2) imprisoning Sabertooth and the Exiles. The vague interpretation of the three laws led to the rather controversial imprisonment of several mutants who eventually broke out of The Pit anyway. And also fostered resentment and mistrust within Krakoans, especially the more “visible” mutants
3) sabotaging legion. His mistrust of his own son led to Xavier psychically neutralizing him, which put Legion’s corner of the Astral Plain and all of the mutants who frequented it in grave danger as ORCHIS took advantage of this and launched an assault on krakoa. Warlock was damn near killed and Forget-me-not died as a result.
4) appointing beast as the director of X-Force. And we saw how that went.
5) forcing mutantkind to sacrifice themselves so that ORCHIS wouldn’t kill all of the humans (which they did anyway at the Hellfire Gala), proving magneto right that he would make martyrs out of his own people to play the hero.

A)The whole process when he puts mental suggestions into the minds of a bunch of mutants without their consent just to make them do something that gets their wills.
B) Letting Destiny go on to the quiet council knowing that her actions will lead to a bunch of problems for the entirety of Karkoa.
C) Letting the quiet council dictate what every single mutant on Krakoa does without the input of nations citizens. Which only lead to more distrust.
D) Giving Moira stage 4 lung cancer which lead to her going against Krakoa and starting her villain arc.

Naw Cyclops decisions is to unite the X men in any capacity to die for Jean saving Jean, Orcus was beat by the machines, it was set to happen in Moria's resets the Phalanx win its sill tipping that direction, Scott is going to do a lets unite to stop them, exhaust their numbers for a loss in the future Charles is out to prevent.
Apocalypse is doing the same to Krokora he is in line with Charles saving a place for mutants for the strongest among them.

They shouldn't have trusted him after the last 3 or 4 times he stabbed them in the back either, you'd think a bunch of people raised in a school would know to learn from the past and not repeat the same mistakes over and over again.

What a great comic! There are still many remaining mysteries to be explained.Where is Legion and will he factor in defeating Orchis, where is Enigma and is it in cahoots w/ Nimrod, etc. I like the callback to the mutant preserve from the House/ Powers story alluded to in the white pages when Charles was negotiating w/ Nimrod, plus the seed of doubt about Nimrod’s purpose after there are no more humans or mutants to vanquish.
This issue was like WTF . I know the writers perform character assasination for quite some time now with Xavier but deym 😅 . So we might see Storm and Cyclops against Nimrod afterall from that cover 🤔 ?

I’m still confused on what Charles is doing. He saying no more humans but going against mutants.
From rise of the powers of x we know that the orchis A.I. want to create a dominion and they want to transform the earth into a worldmind so they need to end the people. Charles is offering the world and orchis will need to stop its plans against the mutants so maybe he wants krakoa and the mutants to live in mars so enigma can arrive to this timeline and he can bring the white hot room with the phoenix to the earth and destroy both menaces

Krakoa did so much for mutants including providing them with food, home, and a safe place to live in. I think the sacrifices Apocalypse and the other mutants are doing in the crucible is a noble way of repaying Krakoa for everything it has done for them all these years. The Krakoan Era will forever live on a one of Marvel’s greatest story arcs.

You ain't kidding! Hated what they showed last time for the previous fight. I don't care that Nimrod can adapt to any mutants powers. Apocalypse's powers are almost limitless anyways. I would never place a Nimrod in strength above that guy.

@@MatthewLoh-ru1mw which other times? As far as I know there was only the one fight in the House/Powers of X. I think they just never really bring it up in any of the other times lines in the Krakoa era.
But the writing from the Krakoa era is the problem. Apocalypse has really been nerfed by the writing team during that whole thing. I just can't fathom Nimrod being able to handle apocalypse. Celestial tech would most certainly curb stomp human made/futuristic tech. Even if it is good.

I side with Charles he is the only one who has not lost sight of the Phalanx take over in the future in those events Nimrod is pulling strings for his kind with great success, the Mutants always find ways to run head long to their deaths, arrogant tossing aside their lives, not listening to plan that does not have to be a final last stand.
Nimrod took them out at the Gala they were haughty at that time about to put the world in their hands with medicines and genetic protected gates.
Kitty Pryde and the Quiet Council kicked around Sinister and he time loop them into sabotage of their resurrection he had his DNA in all of them, double crossed them and became the Enigma a machine beat the mutants.
Scott you fool, I hope Storm has learned not to be her self in the future dividing the line takes only her way its just suicide on the way out mutual destruction. Maybe the time in the after life with magneto will correct her path, Storm has been no nonsense while not having time for others one thing in fornt of her is her priority it took Thor pointing out an ancient lightening god there are bigger pictures.

Let me explain to you why this is a big deal…Storm,s ⛈️ weather/energy manipulation is tied to her emotions and she usually holds them back on a day to day…because if not she could cause destruction on a global 🌏 scale. We saw a glimpse of this when she mourned the death of Wolverine. The X-men had to rush her off world and even then she damn near set the atmosphere ablaze on accident
That being said…even in the midst of battle she seems pretty damn chill ALL THE TIME…however she looks pissed 😤 here so this is gonna be something.
Also need I reiterate…she’s not only flying through space at high speeds and without a space suit or protection of any kind via nothing but the protection of her own power… Y’all she’s 💫 zoomin head first into the sun😱😨. What’s a little heat to a woman that controls temperature?

They are separate . When Braddock was apparently killed by Sapphire Styx, she telekinetically rebuilt her original body, while Kwannon was revived and currently she is Psylocke ,while Betsy is Captain Britain .
No. Psylocke is her person again after splitting from Betsy in Hunt for Wolverine. Betsy is still Captain Britain but is rejected by England themselves
