rome IS the new singer for sublime that's all there is to say about that ...brads dead but they keeping his spirit alive with the songs and that's cool

I never listened to sublime with Rome. I only listen to Sublime with Brad. I had the CD when they first came out I was in junior high. I was the first of all my friends to start listening to them. I am now 40 and I still am a big fan. I'm sure Rome has talent but it's not the same. Sounds like the Spanish cover band. Sublime with Roma 😂. But thats what made original sublime so great was that this causian guy started singing this spanish reggae sounding music. It was out of this world. Not saying Brad couldnt have mexican in him or if he just grew up around them not sure but he seems causian for the most part
Rome got a great voice, there’s no replacing Brad but come on now, they got lucky coming across Rome to keep the boat a float.

So many haters! Of course Sublime isn’t the same band! I grew up with Sublime and Sublime with Rome is amazing in their own right. Now the torch shall go to Bradley’s son. Not to mention Rome can sing live and that’s a plus!!

Badfish is such a simple and beautiful song. You would think it's too simple to screw up but this really isn't very good. The rhythm section isn't feeling it because Rome did Brad no justice. He even skipped one of the easier Sublime guitar solos!

I've been singing sublime since I can remember and I sound close to Bradley. It is what it is. I just with they would do more of the older songs. The newer songs I think are kinda trash

No shit. I'm pretty sure they teach "making sure the bass amp is on" on day one.
While it couldve been louder, the bass player is loud and clear on my end,
its romes guitar that sounds like it has all the tone knobs set to zero yet a alot of treble and not much bass giving it a muddy but thin sound and im sure that is crowding out the bass on most peoples speakers.

Rome is not bad, but his guitar/amp/arrangement is. This version isn't different enough to say it was an attempt to make it his own, but it's also not good enough to be a good homage to the original version. Sad.
