    Had a ram kick my handpiece into the wall & shatter the comb, first day. Great start.

      No good mate. Make sure you have a mate helping you shear. I was shearing rams 🐏 for a friend the other day and got him to drag the rams out for me and hold the sheep going up the neck and be on standby when they kicked. We also gave them the animal sedative to calm them down before shearing. It's called ATP10. Good luck

    You can file the tooth and use it as a dagging or crutching comb

      Yep you sure can, but only in really good open shearing sheep. Here in Australia trying to shear with a filed down comb is too hard to push in the merino type sheep
