You MUST Address The Root Causes!

- Chronic illness often requires long-term use of medication. Leaky gut, which is a condition where the lining of the intestines becomes more permeable, can lead to inflammation and autoimmune diseases. Doctors often prescribe medication to manage the symptoms of these diseases, but these medications can have negative effects on the gut and overall health. They may temporarily mask symptoms but can worsen gut function and lead to more health problems.
Additionally, many medications can cause deficiencies in important vitamins and minerals, which can further contribute to leaky gut. It's important to address the root causes of symptoms and consider alternative approaches to healing leaky gut, such as dietary changes, stress management, and supplementation.

I have done everything you mentioned, and I was still feeling miserable. Until I removed 2 root canals tooth, I felt immediately better and all the symptoms I have been fighting for more than 10 years started to disappear one after the other, all my blood levels got better and better, now I feel healthier than 20 years ago.
I was chronically ill until i addressed my trauma. I never taken meds, just changed the root cause I never dealt with. 66 and thriving
Only a few days ago I had a conversation with a caregiver. He said "we got a phone call from the doctor not to pick up the meds for name because it will interfere with his antidepressant drugs " my immediate response was "well he wouldn't be on those antidepressant drugs if he stopped eating all the sugar he does!"
Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.
Thank you for always being here DR. OSBOURNE.
This confirms what I have intuitively known for many years and when trying to share this info fell on deaf ears.
Thank you, Dr. Osbourne, your videos have helped me so much.
Thank you Dr. Osborne!!!
One often feels alone on this journey
Your Lecture provided life saving remedies as always!!!
@Peter Osborne. Dear Dr, thank you for this great direction. I will share this with my family. My Mom has COPD and is aspirating food. The respiratory hospital has her in a no win situation since she requires suction. If it were possible to get her swallowing properly as she was, I could get her out of there and implement each recommendation. I'm open to any suggestions.
May the Lord bless you!
You are a true gem, thanks so much, really appreciate you.
Hope for the best
If the cure can't be found then masking the symptom is all we have left.
Thank you so much! This is a very helpful presentation.
My root cause thyroid and pituitary and othe endocryand vitamin deficiencies.
But what is the root cause of your thyroid and endocrine issues?
@@megansimpson77my mum, growing up with a poor diet and her parents growing up with famine in Ireland and the war. Stress and trauma. A specialist dentist told me everything your mum had you’ll have if it’s hereditary, both of us had our periods stopped at 36, (although mine made appearances with certain activities), both gum disease, both male pattern baldness, pituitary related, both hairs on chins, gallstones, fatty liver disease, osteoarthritis, all of my family have raised ridged nails, which often relates to thyroid issues. I’ve passed thyroid and pituitary diseases to daughter and grandson, and other things. Sometimes even if these are not hereditary, they can happen with stress, trauma and accidents. These diseases also have an affect on cognitive, emotional, mental and physical health and development.
Stress can affect gut and cardiovascular health but it won't cause autoimmune disease. Poisons do that. Especially safe and effective ones. @@Fatbum11

Some of your symptoms are nutritional deficiencies.
Some are improper diet.
*YOU* can control some of that.
All of that is a Vit D deficiency as root cause - get to 60/80 ng and most will disappear. Also take 50 mg lugols 5% iodone
Any suggestions for MS?
But what if somebody used accutane and that caused their crohn’s disease. What is the root cause of it then?
This is why i stopped my adhd meds. Concerta. Side effects. And i don't think meds are good for gut health. Im stuck in withdrawal still. And PMDD im 43 years old. Prayers flr healing...root cause is now figured out hiw i ended up on meds in the forst place. I want to manage my adhd naturally.
Reishi, ashwagandha, magnesium and theanine for better focus and relax.
For sleep I use extended combo.
@orion9k ashwaganda made me tired so does taking magnesium glycinate...reishi i could try. I fall asleep fine. Wake to pee...i sleep 9 and half hours a night. My brain is healing...
@@aprilhassell1747 Perhaps your dose is too high?
But you could also add in Maca roots, Rhodiola Rosea and if you wanna go hardcore, vitamin B3 niacin (but this also increase blood glucose and has a side effect that some people hate others who love aka skin flushing) to combat the tiredness.
Saffron for ADD/ADHD.
thank u sir
Dr. O, I’d love to learn more about your products. I’m a health coach and would love to recommend your products
What immunoglobulins are available? I see you have Immune Shield. Trying to finish off a Serratia Marcsecens overgrowth. I was distilling my own water (and remineralizing of course) and didn't realize until it was too late that my receiving jar had the S. Marcsecens bacteria film for months 🤦♂️. Treating it like H. Pylori now, and have made strides, just curious how the immunoglobulins might help finish it off.
Yes!
How about grains that are whole grains, non GMO and organic?
2 weeks ago at a GP appointment
Doctor: what did you have for breakfast this morning?
Me: nothing I wasn't hungry enough.
Doctor: well just have maybe a biscuit or 2 so your stomach has had at least something to eat.
Me: WHAT? Do you want me to eat poison again?!
Me to nurse: that just shows you how little doctors know about nutrition!
When I said that to my sister she tried hard to tell me that the biscuit would be far better than nothing. She knows nothing about nutrition. No surprise why she is the size she is.
Biscuit brain, smh
Safe and effectives.
What is the medication for gastric. Emphysema
raw vegetable juice is easy on the gut? don;t think so
Why do you put filers like Silicon Dioxide and Stearates into your supplements?
Dr Osborne your videos have been so helpful thank you. There's a hope element in all of this too which, at times, is the most important thing someone can feel on their journey.
I've seen pork fat (which I love in the form of crackling) is high vitamin D - is this okay to eat?
Dr Osborne has a video on seed oils. Pork fat is more natural but use in moderation
I have been saying this to the doctor for five months now...I'm not going to improve until we find the root case of these things...not throw repeated high dose steroids at them, that don't really help with the problem anyway
💖❤️🙏💖❤️
Maybe we are eating rubbish . I changed to Carnivore and have never felt better with so much energy
Old saying
..rubbish in rubbish out. Eat meat drink water. Treat the cause not the symptoms
