Gluten free diets commonly don't lead to recovery for celiac patients. In some cases, refractory celiac disease is diagnosed, and the patient continues to struggle with gluten related illness. There are several reasons why:
    1. Processed gluten free food can damage the gut.
    2. Gluten free on the label doesn't mean TRUE gluten free.
    3. Malnutrition is commonly present in those with gluten issues.

I've eliminated all grains including rice and corn as well as their oils. This has made all the difference in the world. In December 2023, I stopped wheat, oats, Rye and barley. Pain reductions noticed. April 2024 gave up rice. May 2024 gave up all corn products. Pains 99% gone. My leg feels like it's healing. Thank you Dr Osborne, and God bless you. I recently read you are a pastor. That explains your honesty approach to healing and medicine. Most of the The rest of the medical industry is not.

I’m so appreciative for every one of your videos, it feels kind of like my own private consultation with a doctor who actually has some real answers 😊 I’ve been getting a bit lax in terms of ‘safe’ grains and dairy lately...this is a good reminder to stay the course.

When I discover that I was gluten allergic,I already knew that my stomach is sensitive to milk products,I stop eating them.I am also sensitive to paprikas, tomatoes, beans, green peas.I make my own kind of bread, cook for myself, don't eat in the restaurant, don't order the food.I am learning every day,but most important is that my stomach is much better. Greetings from south Europe.

Curious, you talk about 20ppm of Gluten is a problem-- then that means any food bought that says GLUTEN FREE has 20ppm in it. Any food saying CERTIFIED GLUTEN FREE has 10ppm bcuz they say those amounts are safe. It always baffled me when I learned this bcuz by all rights, anything that has any ppm it truly is not safe for us to consume

      What is ppm?
Recently bought some spinach gluten free tortilla wraps…
Bloating like crazy…I read the label and there’s a ton of ingredients, many very questionable…they even added sucralose to it…yikes
