Print on US Letter size (8.5"x11" paper). This template is designed for a 23" head, so make sure to scale it up or down in your printer settings if you are a different size.

Does the thickness of the Eva foam matter? Cause I found some at hobby lobby for cheap but they only have 3mm and 5mm. Which one should I get or should I really opt for the 4mm on Amazon? Thank you!!

Go with 3mm! I think that will look the most accurate. I personally just used 4mm but I felt it was a little too thick. You will definitely need to have the metal wire to hold its shape though.

Not stupid at all! You can definitely use any color foam. Since I paint it anyways, its covers up the foam color. But if you don’t want to paint, you can stick with the red foam!

1mm would be quite thin and would end up being flimsy, unless you back it with cardboard or something to keep its shape.

Yes! I think some of the detail lines (the ones that you have to score) may not show up well on cardboard, but the holes at the forehead would look great on cardboard still!

Yes! You will need to paint a few layers to make sure you don’t see the black underneath though!

Good catch! I do recommend 4mm. The 5mm works but it's just a little too thick. The 4mm is a nice balance of looks and strength
