Technically it is a draw, since the partner (who apparently does not know about Cthulhu Mythos) also included the true supreme Archetypes and that one fights against IATIA by itself, that is to say I say a tie since both represent the same thing and are basically above the absolute narrative of their own verses, the only thing that differentiates them is cosmology.
